The door looked good generally, but we noticed it did not slide very easily. The contractor came out to try to fix it, without success. After contacting Norm, he sent another contractor out to try to fix it, again without success. There appeared to be a problem with the squareness of the frame (i.e. something wasn't square). In December, the second contractor came out again to fix it by putting some shims under the frame. This didn't fix it either. Additionally, this actually made it worse. Now, when the door heats up, it is difficult to close because the door frame hits the adjacent window frame. We have contacted Norm several times by mail and phone to fix it, and he hasn't responded.

THEY ARE VERY COOPERATIVE AND VERY RESPONSIVE. THE ARE VERY APPROACHABLE.

HEARD ABOUT THIS COMPANY FROM THE OWNER OF A WINDOW TREATMENT BUSINESS WHO INSTALLED BLINDS FOR US. HE SAID HIS BROTHER USED THEM IN HIS HOUSE AND WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THEM. NORM LASH IS THE OWNER OF TWC & SAID HE/HIS FACTORY HAS BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR 30+ YEARS. ONLY DOES BUSINESS WITH RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS ON REFERRAL, I THINK MOST OF HIS BUSINESS IS WITH BUILDERS. HE WAS DIRECT, HONEST & FLEXIBLE TO WORK WITH (A VERY NICE MAN). HE DIDN'T TRY TO SELL US WITH LOTS OF DETAILS LIKE THE OTHER COMPANIES, WHICH WAS REFRESHING BUT MADE IT HARD TO COMPARE. WHEN ASKED FOR THE DETAILS HE DID PROVIDE THEM. HE OFFERS A LIFETIME WARRANTY. ULTIMATELY I THINK HIS PRODUCT WAS HIGH QUALITY, EQUAL FOR THE MOST PART TO THE OTHER ESTIMATES WE RECEIVED. WARRANTY WAS GREAT BUT SOME OF THE THINGS DISCUSSED WEREN'T IN WRITING BUT I'M SURE HE WOULD HAVE ADDED THEM IF ASKED. I THINK WE WOULD HAVE BEEN HAPPY WITH PRODUCT & WORK. CHOSE COMPANY WE THOUGHT HAD A SLIGHT EDGE OVER TWC IN QUALITY & WARRANTY.
