Q5 Properties is a Father and Son Business with over 30 years of construction/rehab experience. There is no job too big or too small that we can't handle. We specialize in custom home renovations ranging from deck building, custom kitchens, bathrooms, painting, basement finishing, exterior work, additions, windows, doors, to full gut rehabs. We strive to deliver the best quality work at a fair price to our customers putting their designs into reality. Q5 is great! We highly recommend them. They are very professional and did an excellent job remodeling our bathrooms and installing our vinyl plank flooring. We will absolutely use them again for any future projects!

Q5 Properties completely renovated my second floor primary bedroom. They removed the old carpet and installed luxury vinyl plank flooring which turned out beautifully. They also pained and installed baseboard and shoe moulding. They were very kind, helpful, and kept my home spotless throughout the renovation. I cannot recommend Q5 enough!
