Q5 Properties were great, they were easy to work with, very professional and did the job in two days instead of what we thought might take 7 days. I would hire them again and will recommend them to anyone that I can.

Q5 are the BEST! They renovated two bathrooms for us. Their attention to detail is outstanding, they don’t cut corners and make sure each part of the job is done to the utmost quality. They provided us with great advice through out the job. They were also extremely clean and organized while they worked, which is tough on big jobs. It is clear they treat the renovations as if they are doing them in their own homes. We appreciated their flexibility with some last minute design requests we made as this was out first experience having bathrooms renovated. Q5 also removed our very old carpeting and installed vinyl flooring in four rooms and a hallway in our home. They did a FANTASTIC job. The floors look amazing and the trim work is on point. Not a piece out of place and again they were so clean and organized during the process. We can't recommend these guys highly enough!

Well do you know what “WOW” stands for ? With out Words This crew was spot on from cradle to grave. Estimate was pretty much what was quoted because of some unknowns. They deliver what they commit to. Very professional and results were all I could ask for and more. You need not look for another vendor. These guys are very good. !!!!!

I highly recommend Q5. They did a meticulous job painting, adding picture frame molding to walls, as well as removing old doors and making them into pass throughs. They were incredibly respectful of our space, working throughout the day and diligently cleaning up each evening. I’ll definitely be using them again for future projects.

New kitchen cabinet storage units were custom built and installed on a blank wall in the kitchen. The work that was done and the look of the kitchen when they were done was far beyond what I expected. I am very happy with the whole experience. They were total professionals and I would recommend them to anyone.

We had water damage on the floor due to a leaky toilet. These guys replaced the floor, dry walled the hole where the medicine cabinet was, installed new fixtures and hardware, and repainted in three days. We’re very satisfied!

They did great work and in a timely fashion.

They ran the plumbing for a new bathroom and installed a marble tile floor. Insulated walls prior to hanging drywall in a bonus room. Q5 did good clean work in a timely fashion. The best part was they showed up when they said they would.
