I've used him before. The experience has been excellent. They do quality work and they are punctual.

Made appointment, showed up on time, did good work.

I found this company on Angie's List. It took 2 phone calls for someone to call me back. Phil, the owner, met me and gave me a preliminary estimate for the work. He was knowledgeable and friendly, despite being 1/2 hour late for the appointment. The electrician who actually performed the work a week later was knowledgeable and on time. However, the equipment he brought with him was incorrect, so I had to wait while the proper GFI's were delivered from his office. This wait was 45 minutes. Upon receiving the bill about 2 weeks after the job was completed, I was charged for the time that I spent waiting. I called to discuss the situation and my call was not returned. I called 3 days later and the electrician insists it was only 20 minutes of waiting. The company split the difference and took 30 minutes off the bill. I am happy with the work, but unhappy with the way this company performed the work. I would not recommend them or use them again.

One of Phil's workers, Armando, came out and met with the tenant. He took care of the problem right away. I was e-mailed an invoice, which I appreciate, because of living in Cincinnati.

Serviceman was on time and polite.

PHIL WAS VERY PATIENT AND COURTEOUS AND TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN WHAT WOULD BE REQUIRED TO DO THE JOB. HE OFFERED US ALTERNATIVES IN THE WAY THE WORK WOULD BE COMPLETED. HE HAD ANOTHER PERSON IN HIS EMPLOY THAT ACTUALLY DID THE WORK. THE INDIVIDUAL THAT SHOWED UP WAS QUIET AND CONSIDERATE OF US SINCE WE WORK FROM HOME. HE TOOK CARE TO PROTECT THE FLOOR AND FURNITURE WHILE HE DID THE WORK AND HE COMPLETED THE JOB QUICKER THAN WE EXPECTED. HE CLEANED UP AFTER HE WAS DONE AND LEFT THE HOUSE AS HE FOUND IT.

PHIL WAS HAPPY TO TAKE ON MY REQUEST EVEN THOUGH MOST OF HIS BUSINESS IS THROUGH GENERAL CONTRACTORS. PHIL HIMSELF (HE'S THE PRESIDENT AND HAS ABOUT 15 ELECTRICIANS WORKING FOR HIM) CAME OVER AND SPENT ABOUT AN HOUR TRYING TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM AT NO CHARGE! ONCE HE PINPOINTED THE PROBLEM, HE SCHEDULED ONE OF HIS ELECTRICIANS TO COME OVER TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. IN ADDITION, HE IDENTIFIED SOME THINGS THAT WERE DONE WRONG BY THE ELECTRICIAN WHO WIRED OUR BASEMENT (WISH I REMEMBERED HIS NAME SO I COULD WRITE A BAD REVIEW). ADY, ONE OF PHIL'S ELECTRICIANS CAME OVER AT EXACTLY 7:30 A.M. AS STATED AND DID A GREAT JOB RESOLVING THE ISSUE. PHIL AND ADY DID A GREAT JOB EXPLAINING WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO TO FIX IT. THEY STATED UP FRONT THEIR COSTS AND CHARGED ONLY THEIR TIME. THEY WERE GREAT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PHIL'S ELECTRIC COMPANY.

THEY HAVE DONE WORK IN THE PAST AND I WAS PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. THIS COMPANY FIRST FINISHED A MESS THAT ANOTHER COMPANY STARTED YEARS AGO. THEY HAVE INSTALLED AN EXHAUST FAN, ELECTRICAL FOR LAUNDRY ROOM, STRAIGHTENED OUT PHONE LINES AND OTHER ELECTRICAL PROJECTS. HE IS VERY REASONABLE AND EXPLAINS A LOT. THEY ARE ALWAYS CLEAN, PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL. I WONT LET ANYONE ELSE DO ELECTRICAL WORK HERE.
