Description of Work: They cleaned every window in our house, inside and outside. We have all french windows, so there were a lot of small frames. The windows had not been cleaned in years, and almost looked frosted. They did an amazing job, no streaks, very efficient, very careful with anything we had on our windowsills, they removed and replaced all the screens, and the whole house is brighter now!

They were careful of furnishings and garden plantings, unlike many such companies. McMahon was very responsive, because of rain the cleaning was rescheduled - this was quite easily and conveniently done.

Description of Work: Excellent. I have used them before to clean gutters, and they always do an excellent job. This time was after a roof replacement, which wash rood debris into the gutters and downspouts.

Description of Work: I have used this company for quite a few years and have never found need to comment; however, this year when I made the appointment I indicated I only wanted my windows cleaned inside and out and, for an additional cost, my glass door cleaned. When the team showed up, the order form was blank and the lead person didn't speak clearly enough so that I did not realize I had agreed for them to wipe the screens down and wipe the sill off. I have never had that done in the past and would not have done it then had I realized he was asking. The only other thing that put me off was they broke a wire on my security window and didn't bother to tell me - I figured it out when I went to set my alarm for the night. I would use them again; however, I would have to be clear on what I contracted for.

Description of Work: I had the exterior of my windows cleaned. The two men arrived on time as scheduled, were very professional and did a great job. The outsides looked so good, I regretted not having the interiors done at the same time. I have scheduled them to come out to my house again this summer to do both the interiors and exteriors of all of my windows.
