The two window washers were punctual and showed up before the appointment. They were very friendly and were quick and efficient. They had all my windows cleaned, inside and out, including the screens in just a few hours. I would definitely recommend their services and will be using them again next spring.

Everything went great, they were scheduled to come between 2 and 4 but they arrived at 1:20 which was wonderful! Took them about an hour to do everything. They were kind and professional.

Before the windows were washed, we anticipated that several of the windows had busted seals because the windows looked so bad. We were AMAZED at how the windows looked after they were cleaned by McMahon's team! They were fast and efficient - they made it look easy. They cleaned the windows, screens and tracks for multiple windows and two patio doors. We had a carpet cleaner there at the same time (not planned that way ...) and everyone worked together well to let the other team get their respective jobs done. We would definitely refer them, and use their services again.

he contractorSet the first time up for last Tuesday between 11 and 1; they called at 1030 and said it would be closer to 1, then at 1230, the the job was running behind and they would be there in 45 minutes; At 230 they were 15 min away and at just after 3 pm they were 10 min away. Since I had wasted the better part of my day waiting for them to show up and had to go to work, I cancelled. I spoke with a supervisor who called and asked what they could do to make things right and I rescheduled for today at 0900 and they said they would be there between 9-930; No one called or showed up at 9, 930 or 1000 and at 1010, I cancelled - I didn't have another day to waste for someone to show up, not to mention have the courtesy to call. No one called this time - I trust Angie's List but how this company received any type of award is far and beyond my comprehension because they failed repeatedly on so many different levels. BTW - they did my windows several years earlier and did a great job - what the heck happened???? Unless you have a day to kill waiting for someone who may or may not show up - AVOID....

They do a good job. They get up on the roof and take it all out. They wash out the gutters and so on. They do a very thorough job. I've used them probably about 4 consecutive years.

We've been using them for years - they're always prompt, professional and do a great job. They leave the windows sparkling and are very careful when they do it not to disturb anything around the windows. Highly recommended.

from the start they were late one hour and half ... they try to hurry up to finish the job but it was bad .. It was raining on Thursday and my gutters were all clogged because they didn't take the time to water down the dirt . bad job and my house is a two flat and they had it as a 2 1/2 I know they just did that so they can charge more .

Two guys came out and they did the inside and outside of the windows when they were done they were spotless within four hours. I had never seen glass that clean before. They have great prices, they blew our minds with their low price. We have recommended them to close friends, interior designers, home builders and real state agents since they are amazing. I can not praise them enough. They are just stunning on what they do. We have used them several times and had never had any issues.

Real happy with them. They are dependable. I wasn't there, but my wife was. I had specific instructions not to jump from one level of the roof to the other, but to use a ladder. The foreman transferred that info to the crew so i was happy about that. He mentioned it to my wife and she told me. That shows that they care about the customer.

They were very good. I would have them back again. They were very prompt and clean, and they did an excellent job for me. They were fast. They didn't linger and fool around. They were very neat about their work. I was very pleased with them when they left.

It went very well. I got the time messed up and got there an hour late. They had already started and completed most of the jobs. They did a great job.

I've used their services a couple of times, and my experiences have always been good. The crews arrive on time, are courteous and friendly, and do good work for very reasonable prices. Ultimately, I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I have been using LA McMahon for gutter cleaning for 3 years. I contacted the office on 12/8/14 to schedule a gutter cleaning. Was told by the receptionist that the price had increased from $130-$180 because one of their workers had determined last Spring that my home is a 3-level; not a 2-level. She told me that they had taken pictures to verify this. My home is a 2-level. Informed the receptionist that there must have been a mistake and asked her to take a look at the pictures taken of my home. She again insisted that it was documented that my home is a 3-level. I asked her to review the pictures again and she hung up on me.

Found the front office very responsive. Two person team was on time, very efficient, left no mess as they performed the cleaning. Windows and screens look outstanding. Note that the cost has an additional charge of $40 reflected given half the windows were the equivalent of being on the third floor (garage is below the first and second floors hence a height equivalent to a third story. I highly recommend the company and will use them going forward.

They arrived as scheduled and worked quickly and thoroughly cleaning all of the glass areas, the tracks, and screens. When I mentioned that some of the clad windows were difficult to operate he volunteered to spray the tracks with Liquid Wrench or WD-40. At all times they were professional. I will definitely call L.A.McMahon next time and specifically ask for Marco and his crew.

Provider called me within a couple days and explained that they do have a dumpster for the debris. So today they came and picked up all the debris and did a fabulous job. Provider was very responsive to the issue and resolved it quickly. This is what separates mediocre companies from excellent ones. Thanks you very much!

Better than sliced bread. Not one but two GREAT guys cleaning like a tornado. Took off shoes before entering home without being asked and double checked with my wife to insure she was happy She was!

The window washing crew showed up right on time. They washed all the exterior windows and cleaned out the gutters. They did a great job on the windows and most of the frames and sills. I called the office because I did notice a few of the windowsills and frames were still somewhat dirty. They sent a supervisor and his crew out the next day. They redid the window sills and frames that needed it, and were very nice. Overall it was an excellent job and great service. The price surprised me but next time I think we'll forgo the sills and frames, and just do the exterior windows and gutters.

Made a phone call in the morning and they were there that afternoon. Gutters were cleaned and they did not leave any mess. I will be using them again for all future gutter cleanings.

Excellent service, excellent price. They arrived within their given window, performed the window washing and screen washing and my windows look great. I would (will) use them again next Spring.

Showed up on time, briefly discussed the work and then went right to work. Job was completed in a timely fashion and the results are excellent.

We have been using their services for several years. They are very reasonable priced and extremely reliable. They come twice a year to clean gutters and if I forget I usually get a reminder call asking if we want their services. Normally I find these kinds of calls bothersome but they aren't pushy and it really is something I need to stay on top of or our gutters get bad. They do a great job doing windows, screens and storms but we only do them as needed. Now that we are regular customers, I don't have to worry to remember to leave a check if I am not at home. They just leave a bill and I mail it back at my convenience.
