They were out within a day and a half of my call. They were prompt, professional, and did a very good job.

Since this was a commercial property they made a special trip out to Lake Zurich to give an estimate which I found competely acceptable. They told me not only the day but the approximate time they would come to do the work and they were right on time. Their truck, workers, and equipment were not even noticed by the clients or staff in the hospital. They cleaned up after their work and left nothing lying around. The ground was as clean afterwards as before. I had used this company for my house last fall and was so satisfied that I asked them to do the business this spring. I will have them back to the house this spring, because L A McMahon Window Washing can't be beat for its price, attention to detail, and price.

I called, and specifically explained that my building was an Evanston third story (which meant another half story). The guys were supposed to arrive between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. At 4 p.m. I called and after the owner checked, was told they were running late. They finally showed up an hour late, took one look at the building, and left. The owner called me and told me that the building was too tall. I was really irritated because I had specifically explained the height of my building. I wouldn't recommend them if your building is out of the ordinary.

They were on time, professional, friendly and did an excellent job. Plus, the price was right! They also removed a bird's nest from inside a part of the gutter that is too high for us to reach. We will definitely use them in the future.

Excellent in every respect. The work was done well. The people were on time and friendly. They gave me $10 off because of Angie's List (even though they don't have a coupon).

They did an excellent job, wore shoe covers throughout the house and used towels to cover the carpet while cleaning inside. They also did my doors (inside as well as storm doors) which I had not requested. Additionally, they did the window above the foyer, which required a 20 foot ladder and dusted the alcove as well. They were not able to remove all spots on the windows, but all in all, they did a great job. I would definitely recommend them again. They also followed up with a phone call to ensure that I was happy with the service.

Screens are $1 each, skylights are $10 each. They didn't mention this when I made the appt but it was reasonable so I didn't contest it when they gave me the invoice. The two men who performed the work were very nice and polite. They arrived at 8am, as scheduled, and were done within one hour. The company often has coupons in the weekly mailers as well as the discount here. I highly recommend them both for price and performance.

My experience with this company was good. The crew that came to clean the gutters consisted of a ''supervisor'' and a two-man crew. They arrived on time, completed the work in less than an hour, and were polite and professional. I was originally quoted a price of 90 dollars for the work, but the foreman applied a ''coupon'' which lowered the bill to 80 dollars.

The two workers arrived exactly on time, gave me an estimate of cost and time and went straight to work. They were courteous, thorough and considerate of the furniture, carpets, window treatments, etc. They finished at the end of the time range they had given me. I had to leave the house for a portion of the time they were here and I felt very comfortable that things were under control. We have used three other window washing services and this one is BY FAR the best we have had.

The men that came were on time and very professional. They did a great job. I would definitely hire them again.

We were very pleased. Our team of two workers arrived on time and did a great job. They were neat and handled getting their work done with the entire family bustling about with no problem. We highly recommend this company.

They're always prompt, they have a reasonable price, and they call to remind me when it's time to get the work done. They haven't changed their pricing in the last 8 years

The company did a great job. I called on Friday and they were able to set up an appointment for the next day. I requested a call thirty minutes before they were going to arrive, the crew was nice enough to call when they were leaving their previous job and then again prior to arriving at my home. The did a wonderful job in record time, I would hire them again and recommend them.

We phoned on Nov. 27 to check on pricing and to order work. They finally phoned on Dec. 27 to say they were doing it within "the next couple days" due to bad weather. In the one initial phone conversation they were also to include the single-story, 1-sided gutter for same price. They showed up and did the house, but not the garage. They did leave the fence closed behind thinking of our dogs. Would have appreciated a more timely cleanup - or conversation to why they couldn't come in the month. Of the three companies we contacted, they were the only ones still cleaning gutters.

Very good experience. They came on short notice and on a holiday. Did a quick job, cleaned up nicely. Would hire them again.

Excellent. Unlike other gutter cleaning services I've used, the crew did a very thorough job of cleaning up. They carefully bagged the residue from the gutters and took it all away.

WAS TOLD THAT THE LEAVES IN THE GUTTERS WERE FROZEN AND TOLD ME TO RESCHEDULE WHEN THE WEATHER WAS WARMER. I ASKED IF THERE WERE A LOT OF LEAVES IN THE GUTTERS AND THEY SAID YES - YOU CAN SEE THEM FROM THE GROUND. I WENT UP INTO THE ATTIC AND THE GUTTERS WERE RELATIVELY CLEAN. WAS DISAPPOINTED - TIME TO BUY A LITTLE GIANT.

VERY GOOD. THERE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A $10 COUPON TIL 11/30. WOULD LIKE TO SEE THE MONEY GO TO THE MEN WHO DID THE WORK IN THAT 24' COLD.

SAID THEY'D COME SOMETIME DURING WEEK SINCE I DIDN'T CARE, THEY WERE THERE NEXT DAY! THAT'S SPEEDY! ACCEPTED COUPON FROM LIST FOR DISCOUNT. DID WORK AND LEFT INVOICE WITH NO ONE HOME; TRUSTED ME TO PAY BILL LATER EVEN THOUGH THEY DIDN'T KNOW ME. ERROR IN BILLING CORRECTED HAPPILY ON FIRST CALL. DIDN'T LEAVE ANY MESS IN YARD! I'M TOO OLD TO GET UP THERE TO SEE QUALITY OF WORK, BUT I WOULD GUESS FROM ALL OTHER ASPECTS THAT WAS PROBABLY EXCELLENT ALSO.

VERY PROFESSIONAL, ON TIME, AND REASONABLY PRICED. I GOT TO USE A $10 COUPON, AND WHEN THE GUYS CLEANED THE WINDOWS INSIDE MY HOUSE THEY TOOK OFF THEIR SHOES AND WERE VERY CAREFUL WITH ANYTHING THAT NEEDED TO BE MOVED. I WILL USE THEM IN THE FUTURE, AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE THAT NEEDS THEIR WINDOWS CLEANED.

WORKERS WERE ON TIME AND VERY POLITE. WORKED HARD AND COMPLETED THE JOB RELATIVELY QUICKLY AND RELATIVELY WELL. THE ONLY COMPLAINT I HAD WAS THAT SOME--NOT ALL--OF THE WINDOWS ARE STREAKED AND SMEARED. PERHAPS ONE OF THE WORKERS WAS NOT AS DILIGENT AS THE REST. GUTTERS LOOK GOOD. STORMS LOOK GOOD. MOST OF THE WINDOWS LOOK GOOD. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN, BUT WOULD PAY CLOSER ATTENTION TO THE FINISHED PRODUCT.

PROMPTLY ANSWERED THE PHONE AND WAS ABLE TO SCHEDULE SERVICE WITHIN ONE WEEK. ARRIVED ON TIME AND PERFORMED SERVICE VERY QUICKLY. THEY CLEANED THE WINDOWS AND THE BOTTOM SILLS AS WELL AS THE SCREENS. ALTHOUGH THEY DID A GREAT JOB ON THE WINDOWS, I WAS ESPECIALLY HAPPY WITH THE SCREEN CLEANING.
