They were quite efficient, clean, on time, and professional workers. They really worked hard and finished the job in a good and efficient manner.

The workers were scheduled to show at 9:00 a.m. They did not arrive until 10:30 a.m. Someone called me and told me they would be a few minutes late. However, I don't consider an hour and a half late by a few minutes. The couple was a man and his wife who did the work. The wife spoke no English at all. The husband spoke minimal English. He cleaned the gutters and outside windows, his wife cleaned the indoor windows. The quality of the cleaning was good.

They were very professional. My windows have never been cleaner.

The person who answered the phone and made my appointment was very pleasant and accommodating of my schedule. The window washers were very fast, efficient, and thorough. I was extremely pleased with their service. The bill was very reasonably priced.

I called on Thursday and made an appointment for the following Tuesday at 2pm. I emphasised that I wanted to be here when the job was done but in fact they turned up around 11am when I was out and I came back in the middle of things. Apart from this annoyance, they did a good job. The price was $100 and my $10 Angie's list rebate brought it to $90, which is about average for this job. The men were helpful and polite. All in all, they did the job well and I would use them again.

Two workers responded and cleaned the exterior and interior sides of twenty windows. The screens were cleaned too. They couldn't remove the storms on a few of my windows in fear of breaking them, so I appreciated the honesty. They were on time, professional, and did a great job. I would definitely hire them again.

The workers arrived within the given 2-hour time frame. In fact, I called the company to notify me when the workers were within 15 minutes of my home, so that I could work until they arrived. They were neat in terms of floors, etc. The windows were almost spotless. However, there were some drips on the window sills. And, without consulting me, the workers left a small air conditioner in a window and did not clean that window. Also, I would have liked to know in advance about the ''scraping'' fee of $50. Nonetheless, I will call on L A McMahon for service next year.

Arrived within scheduled time frame with a crew of 3 people. They were polite, pleasant, fast, efficient, neat, thorough and did a great job. Final cost was consistent with the estimate given by phone and they honored Angie's List coupon discount without even asking for the coupon. I plan to hire them whenever I need window cleaning.

They said they would come today when I called yesterday, and I told them that I would leave a check in the mailbox. They actually came yesterday and just left a bill! They are just awesome, did a decent job on the gutters, had amazing response time, and were very polite. I would hire them in a second, even though they are a little pricey.

Did a good job on the window and were efficient. But dripped dirty watery on the carpet and wood floors on the inside of the house. Workers did not speak English when I tried to tell them it was dripping and to use a larger drop cloth.

They we're on time, courteous, and attentive. All the work was completed within 1 hour. I will definitely call them again.

Workmen were efficient and polite. They were courteous and went out of their way to accommodate my children's schedules. They arrived an hour earlier than the estimated time window, but since they were so careful not to disturb my sleeping children, it wasn't an issue. They even did the garage windows. The windows look great.

I called and an actual live person answered, which I was happy about. I was quoted $80-$100 for the job, and accepted. I was hoping to pay only $50, but phone calls for estimates from three companies showed me that I wasn't being realistic. Both myself and LA McMahon were very flexible about when the work would be performed. We were able to coordinate a time with only a couple calls. They came out, got right to work, and did a fine job. I chose not to set up recurring service, but will call them the next time I have my gutters cleaned. I did forget to use the Angie's List coupon, and they didn't remind me. My own fault. I'll use it with them next time. I appreciate their flexibility and the job they did.

I got the referral from Angie's List. So many ''A''s and nearby. On the phone, the person I spoke with gave me an estimate of the cost and said that they'd try to be out within the next 2 days -- they arrived the following day while I was at work. As far as I can tell, they did a thorough job, left no mess, and left the bill on my back door, and a refrigerator magnet. They even discounted my bill by $10 for having been referred by Angie's List. I would DEFINITELY use them again.

Service was performed on time and to our satisfaction. Polite and neat.

Called the day before. They arrived on time the following morning. They did a clean and precise job. They even wiped clean with a broom a flat section of the roof! They gave me a 10$ Angie's List coupon discount.

Price quoted over phone was good and their AL rating was very high, so I hired them. Crew was on time and re-estimated the work based on their own window-counting method. The revised estimate was reasonable. Pluses: Windows are very clean and they did not make any messes inside or out. Window tracks are now very clean; some tracks started out absolutely filthy. Minuses: Four of the window screens were torn (tears were longer then three inches) in the process of the cleaning. The company is investigating the torn screens and has promised to repair them at their own cost. I have to ding their professionalism since they did not inform my wife of the torn screens. To their credit, the windows and tracks started out filthy and are now very, very clean. I would consider hiring them again despite the torn screens.

They arrived on schedule and did the work quickly and efficiently. We were very satisfied. This is the third time we have used their services.

The window washers did a great job, and were very careful of our landscaping. They only were inside a little but were very neat. However, the job had to be rescheduled because the office had no record of my first appointment and seemed to have very confused communication with their workers in the field.

Excellent! Although they were later than they said they'd be here by an hour, management bent over backwards to apologize and make sure I was satisfied. Work done was very good, and I'd use them again.

Cleaners were polite. They did a good job in cleaning the windows thoroughly. Took their shoes off before walking on my carpet. But dropped water droplets from bucket on my carpet in front of ALL windows. These caused dark round circles (10+ circles in each room) on my light beige carpet.
