At time of making appointment, specifically notified company representative that it was a 3 story home, plus basement and detailed number of windows and skylights. Crew arrived on time but declared that they had no appropriately sized ladder or any other way of reaching the third floor windows. They offered to clean basement, first and second floor windows, leaving us presumably to find someone else to clean only the third floor windows. We declined and the crew left. Have heard no follow-up from office (such as an apology).

They did a very good job and the guys were great. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They did the work fast and made sure to answer all of my questions. They were friendly and the price was reasonable.

They broke a window and did not clean up after themselves. They left kind of a mess, and left a tool here. They do a really good job on the windows, but I wasn't pleased with these things. They gave me $20 off because of the broken window, but they left it behind. I had to get rid of the broken parts.

Gave a time frame 11-1 showed up at 12:40, very polite, one worked inside, the other outside. Efficient, Fast and very Pleasant. Marco advised that I have storms done next time.

I couldn't be home when the windows were cleaned (outside only), but all windows, screens and skylights were throughly cleaned and dried.

The person I spoke to on the phone was very nice, gave me a general estimate based on a two-story house, and would have been able to get me on the schedule for the next day, except the following day worked better. The two men showed up on time, and made quick work of the cleaning despite the rainy weather. They gave me the invoice afterward, and I wrote them a check.

Two persons showed up at the agreed time and they have done a very good job, fast, and very clean. They've missed one screen (which they came back and cleaned next day), and the price they wanted to charge me per screen was double than what I was told on the phone. They said the reason was that my screens were not standard size. Also, even though the package included 18 windows (and I had only 14), they've charged me an additional $20 for the front window saying it was too big. When I argued with them about the fact that the quoted price on the phone did not mention the sur-charges for non-standard screens or bigger windows, they gave me a discount on the screen surcharge (i.e. they charged me on half the screens the price I was told on the phone $1, and on the other half $2 per screen). The windows look impeccable now, but make sure you ask if the prices they offer on the phone cover different sizes of windows/screens.

I made the appointment two days prior. They were able to come at the time I asked for. Two fellows showed up early, were waiting in car for the appointed time, but I waved them in to start early. They were very efficient, and friendly. I only needed to explain one thing and that was a new storm door I recently had on my slider door to the patio. They needed to lift up a door plate to access the interior storm window. They finished in a hour and did not leave any kind of mess at all. They gave me a bill to which they then applied the Angie's List coupon.

Outstanding. hey arrived on time and prepared. They were very considerate of our home. Very professional and friendly. Did an excellent job. Will use them from now on.

The English speaking crew arrived on time and immediately went to work. I had removed the screens and moved furniture etc. out of the way. They finished quickly and did a great job.

We picked L A MCMAHON because of their high Angie's List rating and Angie's List coupon. Scheduling by phone was easy. There was no payment asked for up front. Appointment was made for less than a week after I called. They actually came Thanksgiving day which was very convenient for us. Workers arrived early and were friendly. Invoice was left on the door which was also very convenient. We got a good rain for several days in a row right afterwards and the gutters spit leaves for while, but now are very clear and free flowing.

A live person answered the phone when I called. He provided the cost over the phone, and set up the appointment for that next week. He was very professional, courteous and efficient. We had our windows and gutters cleaned within a week of my call. The windows are very clean; gutters are clean. Everything from initiating the phone call to completion of the project was conducted in an professional and well done manner.

McMahon cleaned our gutters again this year. Always prompt and courteous. They worked around my short notice and scheduling needs. I cant remember exactly how many years I've used them, 5-7years, but the price has never increased. All good.

The two guys were great. They came to the door and introduced themselves. They also arrived within the two hour window given by the company. They bagged the leaves and put the bags in my trash can for me.

It was so easy for me - they came and did it all without complaining about the amount of debris in the gutters. They placed most of the debris in plastic bags that were hauled off with them. Then, they used a hose to wash everything out and make sure it was open.

I hired LA McMahon to wash my windows. They washed the windows, storms and screens. They are very thorough, neat and reasonably priced. I was so pleased with their work that I recommended them to the other units in my building. Now all six use LA McMahon yearly.

LA McMahon Window Washing did an excellent job. They arrived within 10 minutes of their stated time. They cleaned all of the windows and storms and screens in 1 hour and 20 minutes. This is usually a job that takes us an entire day to complete. I would definitely hire them again.

A person not a machine answered the phone. There was a $10 discount for having used Angie's List. The price was based on whether my home was one story or two (mine is two). They came the very next day. I didn't have to be present and they simply left the invoice in my mail box. They did a very nice job. I will definitely use them again.

The two-man crew that came out to clean my windows were not very good. The work was performed very poorly. My windows are full of streaks and very badly scratched-up. They also did not clean up the stickers and paper they scrapped off. No drop cloth of any kind was used. Moreover, I had to be subjected to listening to one of their workers cursing the whole time he was cleaning my dinning room windows. Not very professional and extremely unpleasant.

They arrived on time, 2 people came at 8:15 a.m. I was informed that they would be there between 8:00 - 9:00 a.m. We were impressed that every time they went into the house, they would always take their shoes off even without asking. They did a nice job overall. We would hire them again next time.
