Came when scheduled and did a terrific job. They were very neat and put everything back the way it was. Took the $10.00 Angie's List discount off the bill, without being asked. A very happy experience!

They did a good job cleaning, but their timeliness was awful. They were late by almost two hours! Time was taken off from work to be at home when they arrived. Very frustrating experience.

They did the cleaning, but also showed us why one section of gutter was not draining. It is on the second floor and we thought it was clogged by debris. They discovered that it had come loose from the house and explained in detail what was wrong and how it should be fixed. We called a gutter company and learned that what they told us was exactly correct down to the kind of screws that should be used.

Perfection! Price was even slightly less than quoted.

They were really awesome. I told them I needed it done quickly because I was putting the house on the market. They did a good job. They kind of squeezed me into an earlier appointment.

First time I've used them and plan to use them again.

I called to make an appointment and was given one for 1 week later on May 19th 2007. 2 young men arrived on time and did an excellent job of cleaning the windows inside and out. They were pleasant and courteous. When they presented the bill, $10 had been deducted for Angie's List.

The workers were a little late, not much. They got to work right away. However, they left dark smudges on my freshly cleaned carpet in my office. They denied that they had caused the marks. When I spoke with Mark (manager, owner?) he was abrupt, disbelieving, and unpleasant to work with. I told him the cost to reclean the carpet would be $89. So, he took that off the bill which was $90 total. In essence, I got the windows cleaned for free, but now I have to have my carpet cleaners back in to re-do the carpet.

Arrived on time, asked me to inspect their work, as they went along, and did a great job.

The service was outstanding. The crew was there within 10 minutes of the start time, they were courteous and considerate of indoor spaces; they cleaned windows that hadn't been done in several years and I am delighted with the end result. I am only sorry I waited so long to call them. I definitely will again, and I will recommend them to others.

We called them on a Monday and described what we needed done. Although, we don't have a lot of gutters, the third story access required them to charge $150. We agreed and they said they would call back us with an appointment time. They called the next morning, and said they could be at our home that day. Within an hour, they were at our door! Very professional, courteous!

We had just finished construction, so the windows were filthy. They came quickly, were extremely professional, and the most reasonable of anyone we contacted. We'd use them again for sure.

Scheduling and pricing were a breeze. Very professional and courteous contractors. They arrived on time and performed a fantastic service. We've had problems in the past with companies indicating that they did not have the ladders tall enough to reach skylights, however, we did not have ANY issues with this company. They performed the work agreed in an efficient manner. Thanks for a great job!!

Easy to schedule, showed up on time, and did the work efficiently. I think they might have forgotten to take off the Angie's discount, but still very reasonable.

The man who answered the phone to give me a quote was a bit gruff. He gave me an approximate cost for my windows and a specific cost for the gutters. I decided to use this company since they had good reviews on Angie's List and my mom uses them. The workers arrived early. This is normally good, but it meant they finished the work while I was picking up my child from school. They left the invoice and asked that I send a check. They were very clean, but did not move back any furniture that they moved for cleaning the windows. I was charged extra for my bay windows, which I was not told about when I mentioned I had them at the estimate. I was also charged extra for having the screens on my gutters, which I was not told of when I got the estimate. I spoke with the general manager about the charges. I was pleased with his response. If I had called them without having done any research, I would not have used them based on the demeanor of the man who gave me the estimate.

There was a mistake about the day they were coming, I don't know if it was me or them but they were very polite as we tried to figure it out. As they had a job that was larger than expected before me they were running late the day they did come. They called and warned me after the arrival time passed that it would still be a while. When I was concerned that the sills weren't cleaned properly the dispatcher spoke to the crew and they came back in and made them nice. In the end I thought I owed them about $108 and they added it up and said only $100. That strikes me as honest, the manager also called and made sure I was satisfied with the job or offered to send someone out to re-do the work, I appreciate them taking pains to solve minor problems. I would hire them again.

The price includes my Angie's List discount of $10.00. The team of two arrived a few minutes early. They were extremely polite and took their shoes off when they needed to work inside. One person worked outside and the other inside. I have sun film on my windows and they confirmed that they knew that special care needed to be taken. They were done in approximately an hour and a half. I'm a repeat customer and have always been very satisfied with the results. This time the results were outstanding. So much so that I called the company to tell them this personally and to ask the names of the team so that I could request them again. My screens are SO clean that you can barely tell that they are in the window.

They did not appear at the designated time; we called; there had been a mix-up and we were given a new time. They arrived promptly at this time. The workers did a good job and were polite and cooperative.

Great! Marco and his assistant showed up right on time and then went about their work quickly and quietly. The windows have never looked so clean, and it was all done at a very fair price.

It was great! I couldn't believe they could come so fast! They even called a few days later to be sure that I liked the job that was done, and I did!
