Scheduling arranged over the phone and washers arrived about one-half hour after scheduled one-hour window. Workers were very efficient and careful in their work, which was finished in one hour. Afterward, the windows really sparkled.

The price was good, one other company I called from Angie's list had a minimum $100 charge.

They finished about 2 hours after they came. It was excellent job. They were right on time. They were above and beyond. I thought the price was excellent too. I was very happy with the whole thing.

They are very professional and do a fantastic job. I have used this service for 2 or 3 years and have recommended them to others in my building. He was really great as he fit me in when I said I was having water problems on my gutters. I guess for a new customer to call out of the blue that was very nice of them to do that for me. I really enjoyed working with him and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Two window washers arrived and washed all the windows in about an hour. The windows looked wonderful when they were done! When I called on the phone to schedule the service, I told the person that I had 26 windows. It turns out that I didn't count them correctly, so the price I was charged was slightly higher than the price I was quoted on the phone.

They did a very good job, quick and efficient.

Our call was answered promptly and the job was scheduled within a week. Two men arrived exactly on time, did a perfect job and were extremely respectful with our property. We've tried a couple other window washers from Angie's List but we were most satisfied with this company. Several of our windows are not easy access and these men never missed a beat. They just used their ladders to make it work and did a terrific job. The owner made a follow up call a couple days later to see if we were satisfied. We found this to be a very professional company and will continue to use them in the future.

They came out right away to give to do the work. They have a chart that tells the prices. I would use them again.

They were always on time and very good at doing their job quietly. I have a baby and they were good about making the least amount of noise around the area where my baby was sleeping. I thought they were a great company to work with.

They did a good job of removed double Pella windows encasing blinds and cleaning inside encasement.

The employees were on time (early actually), they did a fairly good job on the windows. A few days later, when the sun hit some windows differently, I could see that some were not cleaned very well on the outside. These were the palladium windows. They worked hard to clean the storms which could not be removed as they are a weird fit. They did lose all the springs to my screens which I didn't know until I found them laying all over the house and sucked a few up in the vacuum. Some were left sitting on the window sills. I was confused as to how they counted the windows, but the price was fine and for the most part they did do a very good job as the windows were very dirty on the outside. They did not rush. When I called to ask a question after the job was done, I wasn't called back. I called again and my question was answered. I was told that the next time they come, they'll explain how the windows were counted. Again, the price was fine, better than I expected.

The crew was on time and completed the entire job in about an hour. I had 20 windows to do, including 2 patio sliding doors and some large picture windows. The glass sparkled and was streak free when they were finished. Gutter debris was removed and bagged by hand (no mess on the landscaping below!) and then the gutters were washed out as well. However, I did not do a walk-around before the crew left. Afterward I found that workmen crushed 3 plants (In an area where there was plenty of space to work without destroying the shrubbery) and failed to report this to me before they left. I called the office and was offered a $25 discount on my next service. I never received the discount coupon. Four weeks later I sent photos of the damages. The owner then called me and did send me a voucher for the discount.

The two gentlemen were exactly on time, were polite, worked very quickly and did a great job. The windows have never been so clean. They were done in just under 90 minutes. We were very satisfied with their work. The final price was a little higher ($15) than the quote, but I think I miscounted the windows when I called to set up the service.

The people were late for at least an hour. I called the office and found out the reason. They did apologies politely. Two workers were here and one climbed up and cleaned gutters that he saw were dirty. The other stayed down to pick up the dirt that was thrown down. I wish they'd do better clean-up of the dirt that was thrown down (some was left on my front walk way). They didn't do anything for certain gutters that they saw were clean. They flushed out 3 or 4 out of 11 downspouts. I have used another company before that was more expensive ($160) yet they picked up the dirt from up there with a bucket and no dirt was left on the ground. The other company also did a more thorough job in cleaning and flushing each and every gutter and downspout. Overall, this company did what I needed done anyway. It's still a good, more economical option.

Came right on time as scheduled. Live in the city and have a three level home with many windows, not a problem to clean. Did an excellent job in a timely manner. Will use again without question. Thank you very much for a job well done.

The job went pretty well. I was very happy with the end result: my windows were spotless. However, when the crew arrived the price they gave me ($150 base) varied greatly from the price I was quoted on the phone ($90 base plus a $20 charge for a ladder). I understood after calling the office that this was only an estimate, which was not made clear in my initial quote. Apparently, they are having trouble providing good estimates for vintage buildings. Once the crew got to work, however, they were fast, efficient, and friendly. The entire cleaning took about an hour. I would hire them again.
