McMahon did a fabulous job washing the windows in my older home. My home is 130+ years old, has French windows, double storm windows, stained glass and screens. The crew showed up on time and did a great job! I had quoted this out elsewhere and it was about $80 less expensive, but didn't go with that company as they quoted another project for me incorrectly. McMahon did a great job. There was a streak left on one window and before I could even say anything, the crew at McMahon also noticed and was already at work cleaning it. Overall, I am very pleased and am glad I have a company I can trust with my unique home/windows and one that will roll up their sleeves and get the job done! Thank you!

We have used McMahon for our window washing needs several times per year for the past 3yrs. They are professional, efficient and punctual. They are the only washers that were able to clean our large windows so they sparkle. Highly recommend.

They call in the fall to see if you want to schedule anything. They come and do their job and clean up after themselves.

Washing was done well and quickly. However, window lock on one window was pulled out from frame and outside window washer placed ladder top onto picture window as he washed it putting double pane window seal at risk.

Fantastic! Was so impressed with everyone from Mark at the office, to Gus & Luis who did a great job. Mark was great to talk with - he answered all of our questions and gave clear insights about the process and what would be done. Gus & Luis were most helpful the day of the job and showed me everything they did. They were so conscientious while they worked and they made sure everything was cleaned up after they finished. I highly recommend these guys! Great pricing too!

L.A. McMahan did excellent work. I hired them to clean all of the windows on a large two story house. The house has 47 windows. They cleaned both the inside and outside of the windows. They also cleaned the screens. L.A. McMahon sent two men to do the job. They showed up exactly on time and were very polite. After the cleaning, the windows were spotless. They very very tidy. No mess anywhere. I highly recommend L.A. McMahan.

We have been using McMahon for about 8 years to wash our windows inside and out and our screens! We love the men who come to our home for their professionalism and care. We also are always thrilled with how terrific our windows and screens look!!We have two floor tall windows and they do an outstanding job on those as well. I like to recommend McMahon whenever possible!

I've hired them many times because they do such an efficient job. They are on time, clean the windows and the screens very quickly and clean up after themselves. I'm always impressed at their work, and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again and again.

I called McMahon to schedule gutter cleaning on my house which they were able to do right away which I thought was great. However, Arnold and his partner arrived at the same time my plumbers did and since the plumbers were priority I needed to speak with them right away. I saw Arnold take the ladder out of the truck. Approximately 10-15 minutes later I came out to check on the gutters and to let them know I would be able to turn the water on for them to use. They were long gone and left a bill on my door. I called the office and the office told Arnold to return to my home which he did. He proceeded to argue with me telling me he is very fast and the gutters were cleaned. I asked him to put his ladder up so I could check and he accused me of not trusting him and went on and on about how fast he is and that the gutters are clean and all he had to do was tap on the downspouts to know they were clear. I went up on the ladder and saw the gutters were not cleared and scooped out a handful of small leaves- which at this point my plumbers were outside watching this happen and hearing this guy argue with me ! I asked him if he thought he did a good job and he said yes. I called the office and complained while Arnold then had his partner get on the roof with a blower. I told them to just leave as he was rude and argumentative and clearly did not complete the job. The contractors McMahon is using are unprofessional and unregulated and I will never use them again.

We have an 87 year old two story house with the original slate roof and copper gutters. Needless to say, gutter cleaning is a huge challenge. Reason being, you can't walk on the roof. So in order to clean the gutters, one must move a tall ladder every few feet around the perimeter of the house. There are two one story additions as well, which make accessing the second story challenging. Our crew, led by Alexis, did a remarkable job. They were on time, professional, meticulous, and most of all...they were CAREFUL! It is very damaging to put ladders on the copper gutters since they bend. They had the proper ladders to avoid that from happening. All in all, a terrific job.

They cleaned my house and garage windows inside and out. The house is two stories plus a basement, and the windows on the first and second floor have 3 sections on the top (there is an additional charge of $3 per window for these). I liked how the gentleman on the phone was able to walk me through my house (over the phone) and collect the information needed to provide an accurate estimate. We estimated $270 on the phone, and it ended up being $275. Perfect! Other companies took days to send someone out just to get an estimate, and the estimates came in closer to $480 (more than I wanted to spend). They sent 2 people out the next day. The crew arrived 40 minutes early (oops, I was still in my pi's), and completed the job in about 2.5 hours. The products they used did not leave any fumes behind (which I appreciate since I am pregnant). They informed me that the aluminum screens that were on a couple windows were damaging the windows and leaving spots that they could not clean. There was also a haze left on a couple of the old, original windows of the house, that they said was due to the age of the windows. They said that these problems could be remedied with stronger chemicals, but that they did not use those chemicals. You will have to judge if this is a plus or a minus. I appreciated how upfront and honest they were about it. Overall I am happy with the work.

The provider initially missed the appointment time, and I had to contact them to find out the previous appointment ran extremely long. The owner of the business then contacted me personally and requested a second chance to make good on their obligation, which they did in a timely, professional manner, at a discounted price. All in all, I'm very satisfied with how it turned out in the end. Well done.

2 workers arrived promptly at the 11:00am scheduled time. They were in my home approximately 1 1/2 hours. Very competent and professional We have used their services previously and would certainly hire them again

7-1-15 Update: Spoke to Mark the manager who reached out to me personally about my experience. He apologized for the situation and provided the lower price. He personal checked on the house to verify the proper cost and agreed that the first quoted price was more appropriate. 6-23-15: Dishonest billing practice. I have a small house that is two story. There are not that many gutters to be cleaned. Spoke to representative on the phone and they provided a quote. After the work was done the quote was different. Called to question the difference and was told that they never gave me a prior quote and that I was wrong. Keep the extra money, you will not get my business again.

Unbelievably great gutter cleaning. Saw them clean out every downspout. Would highly recommend this company. Kind, courteous and hard working men...
