Fantastic! The crew was right on time, did the work quickly and thoroughly, charged me exactly what was estimated over the phone, and cleaned up after they were finished. I couldn't be happier. This is the second time we've used L.A. McMahon to do our windows and I won't hesitate to recommend them to friends and neighbors as well as calling them again in the Fall to do the windows another time.

The answered the phone, bid the job by phone, and given it was a rental house I let them go do the work and send me the bill. All went smoothly.

This is the dream team. Washing my windows required removing screens, middle panes, and in most instances, the shades attached to the middle panes. That's 24 windows (with slightly more panes) and four storm doors. And it's in a house so cluttered that in some rooms, they had to stand on a couch or bed to clean. (And they didn't roll their eyes or complain)! Everything was done in just over 3 hours, and not a drop spilled anywhere. Every window was reassembled, and even the fussy shades reattached and working perfectly. They scraped off the sticky circles that remained from the original installation of panes in the window frames (something you'd think Pella would have done in the factory). They were polite. They communicated well. They were careful and tidy. They answered my questions and addressed my concerns. My windows look like crystal. Do not walk -- RUN to give these people your business!

This took longer than in previous visits (2 hours vs 1 hour) but the work was done well. They provide a short time-frame that they will come to the house. Our scheduled crew missed their appointment and the office was quick to find someone else to come out to do the work.

they were a half an hour late and did not call to say that they were going to be late. other then that we were pretty happy.

I called to have the gutters on my 3 flat cleaned out and received a quote of $150.00. I made an appointment for the next week. They came out as expected, did the work, and left the invoice in my mailbox. However, the invoice was for $180.00. I called to inquiry about the difference and spoke with Mark, who resolved the situation. Other then the billing error, I was very satisfied. I even had my neighbor use there service.

Availability for an appointment was prompt. The crew showed up exactly within the time frame promised. They were neat, efficient, and thorough.

They arrived on time to do the work asked of them. I would use them in the future. I would recommend them. They were courteous and kind while they were here.

Representatives from the company came on time did a beautiful job and put everything back where it belonged.

They arrived on time at 9AM. We went over what I wanted done and they started working. They were very polite and asked for a hose and for me to turn on the water. They were done in about 45 minutes. The windows look great and the gutters have been cleaned of about 3 years of leaves. I have no problem recommending them.

I have my window cleaning company that I can depend on -- great feeling. Neighbor came by to let me know how cheap he got his windows cleaned (by an old friend) -- McMahon beat the price -- he asked for a card.

First, I appreciated getting a reminder call from the company to schedule our cleaning. I was able to name the date and time, making it very convenient. We had the same crew as last year, so they were familiar with the house and knew exactly what to do. They arrived on time and did a great job.
