Excellent. Team is professional and efficient - work completed in two hours. Whoever answers the phone remembers who you are (this is our second time using) and also gives you the discount without asking. Windows looked beautiful and clean..so much so that two different party guests commented on how clean and bright they were. When I told them how much I paid to get them ALL done, they immediately asked for McMahon's contact info.

They were prompt, professional and tidy. They arrived when they said they would. I would hire them again.

From my first contact with the company through the time the serviceman left, the experience was professional, courteous, very thorough and carefully completed. Carlos, the excellent serviceman, went above and beyond his job - he spray cleaned the patio furniture. He was very meticulous in the cleaning of the concrete, he did not rush through it, but did a meticulous job. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

The person I talked to on the telephone to schedule the appointment was very professional and pleasant; he scheduled an appointment within days, at my requested time of day. Carlos, the window washer, was on time and thoroughly cleaned every window and even dusted the ceiling fan that I had been unable to reach. He noted that two of my moon-type windows had broken seals and that they would soon start to show moisture and would have to be replaced. I appreciated knowing that so I could plan for it. He cleaned so carefully not a drop was spilled on the carpeting or draperies. He, too, was very courteous and professional. In the past I had used another window cleaning service that is on Angie's List, also A-rated. The reason I tried another company this time is because this firm did both window washing and power washing which I also needed done. I am so pleased I will continue to use this firm in the future and would highly recommend them.

The company arrived on time and gave me an estimate. They were very thorough in cleaning the windows. They ended up having underestimated the job but still only charged us the estimated amount.

i called them, told them what I needed done,described the house, they quickly gave me a price and showed up at the end of the day to do the work. They also called me ahead of time as to when they would be there, that was real good. There was no one home when they did the work, but everything seemed to go ok. I didn't climb up to 2nd story to check.

Everything went very well. I was surprised when they came when it was still raining. There was a slight break in the weather but they had finished before the heavy rain started again. They left the bags of the stuff that was in the gutters so I know the job was done properly. They deserve their high rating on Anjies List. I will definately use them again.

Excellent job. Not only did they clean the gutters and downspouts, they also cleaned off the entire roof as well. I appreciated the follow-up phone call I got to ask how the service was and if I had any issues with the work. The service was actually $70 but this contractor had a $10 off Angie's List coupon that I used.

I was given an appt. window of 9-10 AM and 2 workers arrived at 9:15. They did a magnificent job! First, they looked at all the windows to be cleaned, moved furniture (very carefully), and then started taking out screens. Then they washed the inside and outside of each window including the window sills. They put back on the screens and moved all the furniture back into place. It took them less then 1.5 hours and my windows were gleaming!

They were able to come on a Sunday before our Memorial Day party, arrived promptly, did a thorough job (although windows don't stay too clean with two toddlers running around) and called to make sure we were satisfied with their service. Would use again, although they cost slightly more than the competition.

I called and made an appointment with a VERY rude gentleman. About 24 hours later, I had a family emergency and had to call to reschedule the appointment. The man on the phone was so curt and rude that I just canceled the appointment. When I told him I did not want to reschedule at this time, he HUNG UP ON ME!!! I called another company.

Two window washers arrived at my home on time. Both gentlemen seemed courteous and spoke/understood English although the head crew member was definitely more proficient. Before the job began, I reviewed the work with the head crew man. Both men set to work and worked steadily. We have approximately 40 windows along with storms and screens. Since the windows had not been cleaned in years, I felt that the men moved through the job well under the circumstances. PROS: Generally, windows were well cleaned. The men were responsive when issues were brought to their attention. The head crew member seemed especially experienced and was able to explain why some windows had residue after cleaning. eg. manufacturing process of insulated glass left residue between the panes; chemical interaction of aluminum screens on glass. CONS: Some storm rails and window sills could have seen more attention. When leaning storms/screens/ladders against household items which could scratch easily during the cleaning process. towels should have been used to buffer the items against scratching. eg. I found small scratches on a glass terrarium and front window box where storms/ladder were leaned during cleaning. CONCERN ABOUT PROFESSIONALISM: The night before the work began, my husband and I removed the basement screens because they can be difficult to remove due to the window cranks. Before the work began, I told the foreman that after they cleaned the screens, my husband and I would replace them into the window wells because they can be hard to reinstall. Unfortunately, the foreman forgot the instructions and began to replace the screens. The first three screens were reset without difficulty. However, the fourth screen was bent when it was forced over the window crank. Rather than search me out to discuss the difficulty, the foreman pulled the shade down over the window and was in the process of installing another screen (which he also bent) when I discovered the damage. Perhaps, the good news is that once I found the trouble, the foreman responded quickly and was able to bend the screens back to their original shape. However, even though the screens were repaired, my concern is that the foreman chose to force the screen instead of looking for help, tried to hide the problem/damage and then proceeded to install another screen with the same results. I also wonder what might have happened if I had discovered the damage later? As an employer, I always prefer people to ask for help and to be honest with me when things don't go well. As difficult as this can be, this helps to build trust and confidence in the work being performed and builds good references for the future. FINAL SCORE: EXCELLENT with STRONG RESERVATION about PROFESSIONALISM = B .

Everyone with whom I delat was very professional. I called on a Tuesday to plan for Friday work; had I been available they could have done the work Tuesday. On Friday, the crew showed up and did the work much quicker than I expected. I also received a follow-up call from the office just to be sure that I was satisfied and to remind me that the work is guaranteed. I am very happy with quality of work and the professionalism and will definitely use L A McMahon again.

The window washers arrived on time. They surveyed the job to be done since I was a first-time customer and started working straight away. They did a good job and took the time to scrape some paint residue off one of the windows. The reason I gave a B for professionalism was due to the lack of any safety gear for the guy up on the very tall, skinny ladder needed for the upper floors.

They called me and made an appointment right away. They were very nice. The day of the appointment was rainy. The crew was behind due to a previous window washing job that was postponed until the rain cleared. I called their office and spoke with the manager because I was inquiring as to where they were. He explained the situation and was very apologetic. He ended up sending another crew out as soon as possible. They did a very good job. Because of the delayed appointment the manager gave us an extra discount. He recognized the mistake and I was understanding of the rain as well. I would definitely hire them again. They do window washing and as soon as our roof is fixed we will be hiring them again to do this. They handled the situation very well. The price was fair.

The company called a few minutes prior to arrival, which was almost exactly the time they were scheduled to arrive. They were very professional, began working immediately and gutters and spouts were clean within 30 minutes. As soon as they heard I obtained their name from Angie's List, they immediately offered a $10 discount.
