Great service. Price was noticeably lower than another large competitor. Contractor arrived before 2 hour window (yea!) and worked hard to clean about 50 windows inside and out. The sills were also wiped down and they took care to ensure everything was tidy when they left.

The crew arrived about an hour later than anticipated, but did call to say they were running late and provided a new arrival time. Once here, they provided a copy of the estimate, and quickly got to work. They worked their way around the exterior of the house, which has three stories and over 100 windows. They also cleaned external light fixtures, which are now sparkling clean. I had a less than good experience last year, but spoke to the owner about it. He sent a different crew this time, and all went very well. They are back on my 'recommend' list.

Service was great! They arrived early and got to work right away. My windows are not in the best of shape (old), and I had been afraid to ask anyone to clean them - but they were so dirty! No complaints from these gentlemen, but I could see that they really struggled with a few of the windows. They removed the storm windows and screens and brought them into the house to clean. They clean the outside of the windows from the outside of the house. Had all the correct ladders that were needed. The windows are now spotless, and I'm so happy to be able to see out of them again! I can't say enough about Jose and his co-worker. They worked hard and did a wonderful job!

The windows are crystal clear! I have the tilt in windows so I thought that they would wash them from the inside. They didn't, they went outside and got up on a ladder, removed the screens and washed the windows from the outside & then came in and washed the inside! Perfect! I will never wash my windows again. The washers were extremely polite and they knew what they were doing, hard workers.

A crew of two showed up on time, asked what was to be done specifically, and went to work immediately. They were very courteous and went about their work in an efficient and effective manner. They completed the job quickly and cleaned up the area after they were done. I would recommend them to any of my friends.

Marco and his crew of three arrived promptly at the appointment and he assessed the work situation. He began inside the house while the other two crew members started the outside windows. Marco immediately made sure his shoes were covered and protected and the cleaning buckets were over towels to keep our house clean. The crew did a wonderful and terrific job. Our windows have never been cleaner. They are professional and courteous. They made sure our requests were properly attended to and did not finish the job until everything was cleaned up and immaculate. I would definitely use them again. The charges were approximately $200 for my home and $150 for the professional building. This charge was very reasonable compared to other companies I have used in the past who performed less than satisfactory work.

Crew of 4 showed up, went to work and were all done in less than 2 hours. The windows and doors with glass looked better than new.

Great - they came and did one window for me as a sample due to problems we had with the windows as far as marks etc. these are Pella Designer Windows so they cleaned inside and out and opened each window - took the grids out washed inside the window and replaced everything - professional, courteous team of workers - i would recommend them to anyone.

I couldn't understand why this company showed up for my village when I asked for a 10 mile radius and their address is about 40 miles away. I gave up and decided to look in my neighborhood Clipper magzine and there they were so I figured give them a try. Wow, they were available to come out the next day or the day after that! I told them I found them on Angies List with a $10 off coupon and in the magazine with a $10 off coupon and they said all new customers get $10 off. I scheduled the appointment, the two man crew arrived only 10 minutes late and that was due to them having an incorrect spelling of my street name which is extremely common. They arrived 4 minutes after they called for directions. These two guys were courteous, polite and quick. They even took their shoes off before entering my home. I couldn't find one streak or missed spot on the 25 windows they washed. I have already recommended them to two people. I even liked the follow up call I received two days later to find out how things went. Great job guys!

The other providers wanted to charge me twice compared to the estimate given over the phone. This company was puntual, the price was right and the work was done perfectly. A team of Mexican workers, very efficient, polite, professional and fast, landed on our house exactly at the specified time. They were done in less than 1.5 hrs, leaving behind squeaky clean windows.

Called them on Monday, they were out on Tuesday, exactly at the time promised. Their work was great, they were very nice, and the price was extremely reasonable. I would definitely use them again, and would probably try using them to clean the gutters this fall as well. Nice, careful, efficient, reasonable price: who could ask for more?

Called at 10:30AM and they were here by noon. Can't be any more responsive than that.

The first calll was amazing. I was provided with great detail of what would be cleaned, and the cost for the details. After checking prices of competitors, I agreed to have McMahon complete the work. The cleaning team of three showed up on time. The team lead and I discussed the work involved, and they started cleaning the windows. The three split up inside and outside and worked top down in the house. I quickly realized communication was a barrier, as only the lead spoke english, and the only one who could answer any questions I had. Considering the condiditon of the 30 year old windows, the team did an ok job,. I did expect them to be cleaner when completed. The team was polite and quick. We did have an issue with the finger prints, and handprints on the wood frames that had to be cleaned up afterwards. Decent, not great, I would not use them again.

I knew I had gutters & downspouts that were clogged and inaccessible to me. Decided to take advantage of the window washing service at the same time, as I have 40 windows in my home. Setting up the appointment for the work was very easy, and I was offered a coupon that reduced the cost by $15. Sebastian and Danny came to do the work - they arrived well within the time window I was told, walked around the house with me to verify the window count and then got right to work. They were very fast, and very pleasant to work with - answered all of my questions. They cleared all the gutters, and bagged all of the debris. They ran the hose down all of the downspouts to make sure they were clear as well. They did a great job cleaning the windows, and even climbed up on the roof to clean the outside of the skylights. The whole process took around 1 hour, and would have taken me all day! They knew their stuff and wasted no time.

It was going well, the window sills are very clean and the windows are clean. ==> However, there are 9 of the 18 window screens that now have holes in them and they did not have holes before they cleaned them. AND, they charged me 10.00 extra for the Pella patio doors and DID NOT clean the screen. Also, some of the screens on the second floor look dirty from the outside. As for the screens, I pointed the holes out to the men, and they did not say anything, they just looked at me. It was like, well,that's part of doing business???? He made me feel like it was my fault! I am NEVER using these people again and I am telling everyone in my neighborhood NOT to use them!!! I am very upset.

I forgot to clean my gutter in fall and was having icing and overflow in them. January was reasonablly warm, so I called for a cleaning. The price was reasonable, unfortunately the cleaning was not. I was also having my roof repaired the next day and the roofer commented that I needed my gutters cleaned. Which I then told him, I had just had it done. I called LA McMahon and they sent out another crew to clean again. The roofer came back a couple of weeks later and he still said there were areas they missed. We notice they same areas in spring where overflowing. I will not use them again.

I have been using this company for the past 3 years and they always do a great job of cleaning my gutters and cleaning up afterwards. I have gutter guards so usually I indicate that when making my appointments, so if I am not home they know the guards are to be laid back flat and not sticking up. I use them twice a year, they always do a nice job.
