Great service. They were able to fix a bathtub faucet where the cartridge had broken in the pipe, so it could not be removed. (They ultimately had to use a butane torch to get it out.)

Great. Needed a part in the middle of installation. Dan got the part and did not want to charge us for the part. We thought it was so professional for Dan to accommodate us. We went ahead and paid anyway.

We had an unexpected plumbing issue pop-up in our master bathroom. Jeff came over and clearly explained what was happening, why, and what it would take to fix the issue. The work was well done and all work related mess was cleaned up, all for a fair price. I would definitely call JSR again.

All work was quickly done and they always make it look easy. I highly recommend JSR they are great! I've solicited pricing from some of the "big name" plumbing outfits but JSR always come in at least half the price. If your looking for a plumber who is absolutely trustworthy this is the choice. The cost of service cited is the approximate cost for all work to date.

Excellent. We wanted to get the job done quickly because our gas was turned off over the Memorial Day Weekend due to an indoor gas leak and it is no fun being without hot water, stove, etc.. Jeff answered the phone on Monday morning and came out within an hour. He knew what he was doing and replaced the pipe to fix the leak within an hour. When the gas company came back to turn on the gas later that morning and re-test the leak, Jeff came back to our home to make sure there were no issues. This level of service was not expected and we were very pleased that he was willing to do this. I would definitely hire him again for plumbing services.

JSA came by a few hours after i called JSA. There price was the most reasonable out of the 3 estimates. So i hired them on the spot. I called the office and booked the work as they left and scheduled the work for the next day. The appointment was for 8 am. Someone from the office called at about 8:20 and me an updated ETA. Shane was great once he got here. I can tell he had experience. He was very professional. He cleaned mess saw dust, etc. He showed where my water main was and answered several other plumbing questions i had. He took about 4 hours and i paid $700. Two others wanted $950. I'd hire JSA again. I'm happy with Shane's work.

Jeff was friendly and personable and arrived at the planned time. We looked at each of the problems and he provided an estimate based on the work required. One of the leaks involved our hot water heat/boiler water supply. He made extra effort to minimize the water in this system did not make its way into the hot water heater and water supply lines in the house. He determined the leak in the shower/tub was a seal issue that could be resolved with caulk rather than a leaking pipe. He answered all of my questions throughout the repair process. Total time to repair the two leaks and assess the shower/bathtub issue was less than 4 hours. Jeff worked diligently and was thorough in his repairs.
