house cleaning
 + -1 moreAt first everything went OK. I thought I had screened the companies well and felt good with my choice. After 3 months, the owner changed my housekeeper. It was a team of 2 and they were NOT GOOD. I told the owner I was not happy and wanted someone else. At the time there was no other housekeepers so that same crew came one more time and when I returned home I found a broken item in my home. I called the owner ASAP and she said she would replace the item. When we found out how much the value had gone up on the broken item, the owner Josie disappeared. After trying to locate the company's address I gave up my pursuit. The business card only had a cell phone number on it and it is not traceable. So be careful. There are many companies to choose from and ones that care about the customers, not just money.
Description of Work: Bi-weekly house cleaning.
