The move went perfectly. The movers were professional, and kind. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the placement of everything. We would use them again anytime! Great service!!

The move went very well. The movers themselves were professional and courteous. It did not rain or snow the day of the move, but there was snow and slush on the ground which the movers could not avoid. They put protective coverings over the floor. When they were done the floor was as clean as when they started. Also, this move was done on very short notice just before a holiday. The company worked with me to accommodate that. This is an excellent company that I would hire again.

Everything was excellent. Questions posed via phone calls or emails were answered very quickly - often within an hour. The original price quote was actually higher than what the final price turned out to be. The movers were super nice guys and very efficient. We would definitely recommend this company.

We should have pre-packed our apartment before we had Good Move Movers come in but I called them last minute to let them know that we needed help with packing. That cost me another 2 hours and another $1,000 but that was our fault. Otherwise, Art, Danny and JB were very helpful, courteous and professional and quite entertaining at times. I would definitely recommend Good Move Movers to help with any moving needs you may have.

Fantastic. Called on Monday after closing on our New house and wanted Saturday move. They were already booked but offered Friday as an alternative. Crew of 4 arrived right on time after they called to say they were on their way. The crew wrapped our couch and box spring in in plastic wrap to keep them clean. They also wrapped and taped dressers in moving pads. Once at home to unload, they put floor protection pads on our hardwood and tile floors They worked extremely fast from start to finish and did not waste any time. We would use them again and recommend their services to anyone looking for a quality moving company

They showed up on time and quickly packed up my belongings into their truck. They also did an excellent job padding everything including my pictures that I had hanging on my walls. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is moving. I will definitely use them again the next time I move.

I am very happy with their service. Nice people from the office to the movers. Price was acceptable - less than some of the name brand movers. Service was excellent. I would use them again.

They were referred to me by a friend. They were accommodating for a short notice move. Chris & Jill very pleasant to deal with. Great communication. Employees doing the move were very professional, very courteous & quick. Price was fair & competitive.

The move went extremely well and their estimate was dead on. We opted to pay in cash to receive a 5% cash discount. Excellent communication from the office. Jill sent me all the paperwork over email and then followed up as the move became closer. I was told that Art was the driver and would call on the morning telling us what time to expect them. Art, Denny and Tim arrived on time and were very professional. They lay plastic runners to protect our floors and rugs. All the wood furniture was wrapped in quilts. They kindly moved a loveseat to the basement to accommodate the new furniture coming in. It was raining when we returned back to Glen Ellyn and they made certain all wood furniture was wiped down to prevent water stains. All in all, they did a fantastic job and I will use them again.

Everything was great!! The crew was amazing. We had a fully furnished condo and only three hours to get the truck loaded. A number of heavy pieces as well as lots of fragile pieces. Everything went off without a hitch. The guys were great. They treated my belongings as if they were their own. It was a long day because of the two closings and two moves, but the guys were great. I would highly recommend Good Move Movers. Great customer service and a great crew. My sister used them a couple of years ago and I was there the day of that move as well. Her move went smoothly, too.

My experience in communicating with Good Move was great. I got an estimate and subsequently booked our move through the owner. He and Jill in the office were easy to deal with, informative and efficient. I ended up having to change our move date due to a glitch with the close but they were easily able to accommodate our request. The crew of four showed up right on time and got to work immediately wrapping items with padding and shrink wrapping where necessary. They moved things out to the van strategically, fitting everything in like a puzzle. I was concerned that it wouldn't all fit but they made it work. It was a very hot day and some of our pieces of furniture, and exercise equipment, are large and really heavy. But the guys kept at it tirelessly, taking one small break for lunch during the eight hour move. They were friendly and polite. Drago and Tyler in particular always had a positive attitude and were still smiling and laughing by the end of the day.

Good Move came on time. They had to deal with the street being torn up the day before the move. The men introduced themselves and were very polite. The blanketed the furniture and made sure it was well protected. They packed all the glass tops separately. Everything arrived in perfect condition at all three stops. They made the move as easy as it could have been. Yes we would recommend Good Move and would use them again

Good Move did a great job. All the guys on site were polite and hard working, while being careful with our things. Chris was very helpful on the phone helping coordinate a tight schedule when I had to change move dates. He also called personally to explain a small delay in the morning, which was greatly appreciated. Good honest information is always best. Highly recommend Good Move Movers.

Everyone from Good Move was excellent. I actually shopped around and they had the best hourly rate for what we needed. They communicated with me in a timely manner. I received a call the morning of the move estimating when they would be at our house. The driver and his crew were professional and very quick with their work. They also took great care in the move to not damage either property. They even finished in less time than I was estimated. Everything about Good Move was a great experience. I will use them again for sure.

The experience began while interviewing moving companies. So much BS to listen to! Chris was the exception! He's a plain-talking young guy, with a very realistic attitude about what it takes to move. He was on-time for his appointment, and provided a fast and reasonable quote. From the get-go I had Chris' cell phone number, which was a great comfort! Our first move (into storage) went flawlessly. The crew was on time, and worked tirelessly until the job was done. The guys were careful and professional. At the end the team leader did a walk-through with me to make sure everything was OK. Our stuff came out of storage undamaged and carefully inventoried. The storage cost was very reasonable. The move in to our new home went equally well. It was a hot and humid day, but the guys worked just as hard. They were happy to relocate items that we decided were better in the basement than the second floor. Our hardwood floors were well-protected, and they didn't gripe about the restriction of no moving trucks on the driveway. We are totally satisfied with our move and the service that GMM provided! Perhaps the greatest tribute to Chris' company is the fact that to a man, every employee thought the world of Chris, and aspired to be like him. Kudos to GMM! We won't use anyone else!

From start to finish they Good Move was amazing. The owner, Chris was responsive, friendly & professional, as was his office assistant Jill. The quote was very fair & quality of service exceeded my standards. The movers were careful, on time, did not hit one wall or damage any of our property. They even fixed a chair leg that came lose which was above & beyond. I've moved a lot & this was the best service by far! We highly recommend them to anyone.

This team was fantastic! We could not have been more pleased with both the price and the service that Good Move Movers provided. Chris came out to provide an estimate beforehand and was very accessible throughout the entire process. Art and his team worked extremely quickly and efficiently on both days of the move. We paid by the hour, so we were impressed that they were so dedicated to getting the job done quickly. The team was very flexible on scheduling, as our closing time was later than we had hoped it would be. Nothing was damaged or lost. While we hope not to move again for a very long time, we would not hesitate to recommend Good Move Movers to anyone!

Prompt return of call to provide a quote. Someone showed up the next day to look around the house and provide a written estimate. Price was very competitive. On move day, crew of 4 people arrived on time. They packed up the dining room and kitchen and moved everything else in the house. It was a full day job. The crew worked efficientely throughout the day and nothing was broken. Overall, a very good experience.
