It went very well except for a glitch at the end, which was fixed promptly the next day by Art, the head of the crew. At the end of the day, on a Friday, the last open box got covered with pads and was accidentally thrown out. My husband and I figured it out, called Art and he found the box and brought it back to us the next morning. Phew! But that shows a great company because everything has already been paid. I think fixing a problem so we’ll deserves recognition.

It went so much better than I had hoped. The crew was very professional, very careful (nothing was broken) and very courteous. I would highly recommend them and will use them again if I need movers.

I stopped worrying about my china cabinet as soon as I saw this crew working. They treated it like it was one of their own family heirlooms. They showed up when they said they would, and they were careful and professional. I would call this company again if I needed something moved.

The move went so well. The movers were very professional and took great care even with the smallest of items. Everything we put in storage came out of storage in one piece! The move couldn't have been smoother. We were the second move of the day, but they were able to come earlier than estimated (and called to let me know they were on their way). The guys were friendly, polite and efficient. They wrapped the furniture with the blankets and plastic wrap and put each piece where it belonged in the new apartment. I have moved a lot (and absolutely hate it), and this was by far the best move I have ever had!

Chris and Jill were great in helping with the booking and explaining the services. There were no hidden costs. Art came out and did an initial evaluation that truly took into account how long it would take to move my family. Art, Juan, Ronnie, Alex, and (one more whom I'm forgetting the name now) came in on time and fully packed my belongings and furniture in about 3.5 hrs - I had a ton of belongings. They delivered and set up all of my belongings in another 3.5 hrs. Nothing was damaged. The guys were super fast in clearing and unpacking. I was truly impressed. Would recommend them to anyone.

The crew was amazing. Professional, polite, efficient. They listened to my concerns for some of my antique furniture, and made sure to pack those items with extra care. Way exceeded my expectations. Not the cheapest of the 3 movers I called for a quote, but not the most expensive either. I will definitely use them again next time I move.

Called for an estimate and spoke with Chris. Great response and quick review. Price was reasonable, but we ended up going with a company we previously used. Quoted $560 for three men, three hours.

Could not have gone better. The crew arrived on time, the move went smoothly and was finished earlier than I expected. They were very familiar with both of the facilities and their respective requirements.

GREAT!! Moving process was easy. We had a great customer experience with office staff setting move up and obtaining a quote for same. Move came in under budget. Movers were on-time, clean, courteous, thoughtful with moving items. We experienced no damage. Would highly recommend to others.

There were a few glitches - in all the calls back and forth, our expected packing day was Tuesday and they showed up on Monday. No problem but we had planned to put some items aside to use during the move that got packed (like the loaf of bread, cereal, and a few snacks) They were very efficient and packed EVERYTHING! We had to store a lot of our stuff and they offer storage which is a big plus! They also dropped off stuff we didn't want at Goodwill. The crew were very nice and considerate since we were moving from our house of almost 20 years to a small condo! All in all, they were very satisfactory and I would recommend them!

We were very happy with the quality of work from Art and his team for our move. In fact, my son had to have unexpected surgery the day before and Art and his crew went above and beyond helping get some outdoor toys taken apart so they would fit because I was unable to help like I was planning to. I really appreciated their hard work!!!

Arts crew arrived on time and went right to work. They were punctual, professional, and fast. I would highly recommend this company. They took great care of my furniture and I had ZERO issues with Arts crew.

The Best I have ever had and I have moved a lot and it was always a disaster. But found a Great Company!

Went very well and they were able to get a dresser upstairs that barely fit up the narrow stairway. But they did it and we were very grateful for that! They were very nice and good to work with and I would recommend them to my friends anytime. Also the estimate was right on.

I have used Good Move Movers 3 times now, and for good reason. They are friendly, punctual, professional, and very courteous of your belongings. Being in Chicago, with having to reserve elevator times they are always good with getting done in time if not earlier! I will definitely be giving them another call when I need to make a move!

The move went extremely well. Chris Dunne, the owner, was very friendly when I called looking for a mover. He had Art, the driver, come and take inventory of all of our belongings before the move. Art and his crew were awesome! The move went extremely well. They were punctual, very professional and friendly. They were very careful with our belongings. We had a lot of heavy items and they did not damage a thing. They were very courteous when moving our things into our new home and placed every single item where we wanted. They even reassembled the bed!! Chris Dunne also called a few days later to check on how things went. Very friendly and professional company. Will definitely recommend them to family and friends!

The move went very well. Chris Dunne is the owner of Good Movers and returned my phone call and provided a very reasonable estimate within 24 hours. His movers showed up on time and loaded all my furniture, boxes, etc. on their truck in a timely, yet expeditious, manner. They took care not to damage walls, floors, etc. When it was time to move back into my house, they again were on time and did the job well. They were professional and courteous at all times. In fact, I needed a little help moving some other items not on their list, and they were happy to oblige. Art was the head mover (foreman?) and he had two helpers. I highly recommend Chris and his crew if you need any moving done.

When scheduling the company was very responsive and helpful. I was able to schedule a move for a Saturday on the Tuesday right before. The movers showed up as on time and as scheduled and moved everything quickly and safely, nothing was damaged during the move. I will definitely be calling them again for my next move and would recommend them to anyone looking to move in the area.
