 + -1 moreOnly reason I'm giving it a 1 star is because I can't leave a 0 star. I won a product at a fair and I got a call to schedule me to come drop it off and talk about other products. The person never came and never called me as I was told. I received a phone call later in the week telling me the person had car problems so I rescheduled. Second time the person didn't show up because they ended up falling ill during their shift. This time I spoke to a gentle man telling me he was the manager and promised me that someone would come if I rescheduled. I scheduled a 3rd time for a noon appointment on a saturday. I canceled a trip i had just to meet these people. Well that 3rd person never showed. I got a call at 7:50pm from a guy claiming to be the owner. Said my appointment was for 7:30pm. Either way they never showed up. He told me he was very sorry and that his wife in the office would call me on Monday. No one bothered to call me until today Thursday. This business has left a very nasty taste in my mouth. Yes they are all nice when you talk on the phone but they have not followed with anything they have said they would do.
