This was an overall Excellent experience. Quality work and performed timely.

We contacted George and a number of other painters for a quote in 2011, but decided to hold off on the job until 2012. George's quote was very competitive and his professionalism and commitment to our 100% satisfaction right out of the gate pushed his proposal to the front of the line. Once we decided to move forward with the project, George scheduled our job in a very timely manner. Overall, the project went very well. While at times the pace of work was a little deliberate, George's crew members clearly took pride in their work and were very responsive to any questions/concerns we raised--immediately tackling any items that we asked be attended to. The quality of the painting was very high. Frankly, our home (which is 70+ years old) looks like new--we have received numerous positive comments on the new paint job from friends and neighbors. Each day, George's crew was exceptionally neat and thoroughly cleaned up the job site. Throughout the project, George was available and attentive to any questions we raised. We are planning to paint a number of rooms in the interior of our home soon and will again be asking George to bid on our work. We recommend George and his team without reservation.

Crew was courteous and professional, giving daily updates on the progress. Also used for interior painting...same great experience.

George was great to work with during the estimate stage. We weren't sure how many rooms we ultimately wanted CertaPro to paint, so George happily itemized the rooms and ceilings and let us choose which ones to do. His was the lowest of several quotes and we wound up having everything he estimated done. His crew of two showed up promptly and quickly went right to work. They were professional, quiet, clean, fast and courteous. George had let me know that it would probably take two and a half days, but they were done in about a day and half, and the walls and ceilings look great. It's quality work and a smooth experience.

In preparation for a whole house painting job, I received estimates from 5 painting companies. My meeting with George from Certa Pro was the last estimate done, and his professionalism put him over the top when it came to making our choice. He clearly outlined the details of what the painting process would entail and promised attention to detail throughout what would be a week-long job. The crew assigned to our home were punctual, courteous and diligent about leaving as possible behind from day to day. During the job we never had a time when any room was "off limits" because they always finished any room they'd started in a given morning. They also were careful to clean up after themselves every afternoon, which at times was a big job given the sanding they had to do as part of the process. George frequently came by to check on progress and make certain that I had no questions or concerns. The finished job is beautiful, and I'm very pleased with their work. I will definitely use them for any other painting jobs we have in the future!

CertaPro did an excellent job. During the quoting process, they were very easy to work with and trustworthy. They provided accurate estimates and looked for innovative ways to save us money. The wood on our house was peeling badly. They did an excellent job of scraping it and getting down to bare wood. They then applied a new product to cover the wood and help prevent peeling in the future. Their workers were courteous and efficient. Painting was completed quickly. I appreciated George Kafka's flexibility and approach. When I came up with items that I felt needed to be completed, it was not a problem. His crew came back out and finished up all the items. I would definitely use them again for any painting project and would recommend them to others.

Everything about this was professional. They did an excellent job and the front of my building looks wonderful.

Everything was fabulous. The walls look better than I imagined. Victor and his guys went above and beyond. We couldn?t be more pleased ? the entire process was easy and they were able to get us on the schedule quickly to allow us to move in as planned.

The entire process was pleasant, smooth, and above all else extremely professional. The quoting is done via computer and print out making it easy to file, track, and reference. The crews are prompt, polite, and extremely competent. The overall quality of the work is extremely high which is impressive considering all of the irregular areas which they had to work in. Everything came out looking like new and the patch-work and repairs vanished as if never there. The value received was outstanding and I would recommend Certapro and George Kafka to everyone.

From start to finish, the experience was only positive. The painters arrived promptly and did a fabulous job in less time than we expected. We have used other painters in the past but Certa-Pro's quality far exceeded anything else. We will only use them going forward. The quote included paint and was very reasonable. We couldn't be happer with the results and the service we received.

It was disappointing since they only do 2 playsets a year and they said they would do mine.

They came by and did they quote. We agreed to have them do the painting and they never showed up to do the work.

The work took two days, with the first coat completed on the first day and second on the second day. They were punctual, neat, thorough, polite, and responsive to requests.

I was very impressed by the customer service and the quality of the work. Both the estimator, George, and the painting crew were very professional and courteous. Their response time was great and they were very flexible in working around my schedule. The painting itself was great, and they were maticulous on the detail. The crew was very clean throughout the job and cleaned up completely when they were done. Being the nursery for our first child my wife and I held very high expectations for this room, and they passed with flying colors. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants quality painting done.
