The first staff guy they sent out here did a terrible job. Then I took some pictures and talked to the owner, George. He had another crew come out free of charge and they fixed everything. The original experience was pretty bad, but he was more than willing to accommodate us.

The service was excellent and I would recommend CertaPro to anyone looking to have any painting or repairs done. You can't even tell where the damage was after CertaPro had repaired it and painted it.

They person that came out seemed to know his business better than the other two people that came out and I made the right choice and the work was done in two days. They were clean, efficient, fast to my liking and my wife didn't complain so that was a positive. George did the write up and two of his crew members came and they were excellent.

Antonio and the crew were very professional. They worked non-stop. In the early morning light, I noticed that the satin brought out the siding imperfections dramatically. I asked if they could switch to flat before they started the second coat (going from a dark color to light). They did a great job and cleaned up afterward. My neighbors were shocked how nice the place looked. It's like I have a new house!

George came out right away and gave us a reasonable estimate the same night. Painting was set up for the next week. Antonio and his brothers came first thing in the morning and were very professional and helpful. They covered everything and started right away to fix and prime the rooms. They painted 2 coats on the walls and everything looks great. They cleaned up and replaced the furniture and blinds for us. All work was done the same day and looks great. We had very little clean up to do and we would recommend them highly.

The owner, Scott, responded very quickly to my request for a quote. Then, the service was scheduled 2 weeks after I signed the contract. The painting crew was very friendly and professional. I was very happy with the service and would highly recommend this company to friends.

The owner came out with samples so I could see exactly what it would look like on my walls, which it looked great. They came out a couple days later to do touch up work and did an excellent job. There was not a mess at all. I am very happy with the.

Great experience from start to finish. George was excellent and able to give a quick estimate with fast turnaround. I literally closed on my house on a Tuesday and all painting was done 5 days later with less than a week's notice. The crew was great. House was clean after. Also appreciated his design consultant Julie helping me pick colors that looked great. Worth every penny.

George was very responsive setting up the appointment. Upon arrival, He reviewed the room and condition of the walls and suggested that removing the wallpaper and patching the walls was possible but risky given the amount of time it would take and the possibility that the walls would be in bad condition once the layers were removed. He suggested considering taking the walls down to the studs but his crews do not offer this service. In my opinion, he was honest in his assessment and I felt he had my best interest in mind. Ultimately, we discussed a basic paint quote for the room if the walls were repaired.

Our house needed a lot of work. It turned out very nice. We did have to have them return for a final touch up in one area, which they did without a problem.

The crew was professional, on time every day, and did excellent work.

Lawrence arrived right on time and reviewed the work to be completed. He explained and reviewed everything. He kept everything very clean and the job looks great.

George was very prompt and helpful working with us and made good suggestions for how to handle certain aspects of what we were trying to do (without adding in more costs). His crew did a nice job with the actual work, and left the house in good shape when they were done. We are very happy with the results and the level of service.

George responded to my calls in a timely manner and came promptly to do the estimate. The actual painting was done by his associate over a period of two days. Although the bathroom was small, it was complex and we knew it would take more than one day. The painter was friendly but very professional and thorough. You could tell he took pride in his work. At the end of the job, he left the room in cleaner condition than he had found it!

My family room is a good sized room with a cathedral ceiling separated into sections by beams. The room needed repainting but the height of my ceiling was daunting and, with several other projects in the works and a family illness taking precedence, I decided to have the work done by professionals. I did get more than one quote but was impressed by the questions asked by CertaPro as to my expectations and the recommendations made to do the job right. Dennis arrived as scheduled and was very professional, took great care with my belongings and had the job done so soon I was amazed. He painted my room under less than ideal conditions. It was a gloomy day and my large windows, the main source of light in this room, were almost completely blocked by my furniture which had been stacked there at an earlier stage of this room's repair. Dennis offered to return if, in the light of a clear day, he had missed anything, but the job proved to be perfect when the sun finally came out. I would recommend this company in a minute and I think my painting days are over after finding someone whose work lives up to my expectations.

Excellent! George came to the house to review the scope of the work. The contract was clearly written and detailed the work to be done - and how it would be done. He was extremely flexible when the original dates set for painting had to be changed twice because of delays with our remodeling contractor. Painters did great work! And, so patient with the other workers in the house (they should have been done, but weren't). Painters were on time and very professional - very skilled in their craft. Hiring CertaPro of Elmhurst also gave me an hour's time of a an interior designer - Gail. So grateful for her help! I don't have color skills - and the colors we chose are very warm - perfect for the house! And, going above and beyond, George sent his painter Carlos back to do some touch up work for a half day. Very happy to recommend CertaPro Painters of Elmhurst!

We were in a time crunch for our project and George made it happen fast! He quoted a good price and his crew came out the next day to work. They were on time and very professional. Will definitely use them in the future

George came very quickly to give an estimate on the job. We were moving from another state and he accommodated our schedule. He was able to paint our entire interior before the moving truck came. We had a small problem in one of the bathrooms with the walls sweating and he came back and painted it over with a special kind of paint without any additional cost. We would HIGHLY recommend this company and I am very picky!

I was anxious to get the painting done before it got cold. The owner, George, was very prompt coming out for my estimate, got the numbers back to me quickly, and started just as quickly once I signed up. The work was done quickly and very well. The painters were very professional and did a great job of cleaning up at the end. I was hesitant at first because they were the lowest price of all my estimates, but they exceeded my expectations!

I was very pleased with the experience. As this was a vacant condo, I had just handed over the keys so they could complete the job as time allowed. They scheduled and then completed in a couple of days. Upon completion of the work, I was not satisfied with the finish surrounding one doorway on one of the walls where the wallpaper had been stripped. This was happily corrected to my satisfaction. I would definitely use them again.
