+ -1 moreTERRIBLE!! THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
Description of Work: 12/28/2012 All Seasons Firewood THE WORST AND A RIP OFF by idkwntc This man is a joke. I order a face cord almost every year and decided to try All Seasons since they were 10 dollars cheaper. He talked to me on the phone for 25 minutes about what a rip off all the other firewood companies are and about his experiences with other customers. He said he would deliver the next day and then called to let me know he was on his way the same day. He tried to get me to give him a bottle of vodka or Jack Daniels because it was his birthday. He dropped off the wood and I immediately started to stack it in my measured face cord firewood storage. IT WAS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO A FACE CORD!! About 2/3 of a face cord. I called him back to let him know I needed more wood and he argued and said I stacked it wrong!! After trying to reason with this guy I asked him if he was going to make it right or if I needed to contact the BBB. He then hung up on me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN!!!!! HE IS A CROOK!!

+ -1 moreWhen the owner arrived at my home, he informed me that he was going to dump the wood in my driveway despite the fact that his ad clearly says "Stacking Available." He told me that I did not ask for that and it was not included in the price that he quoted me. I told me that that was OK and I would be happy to pay him for stacking wood. He then told me that he did not stack wood in the snow (all 3 inches of it that is next to my house) and proceeded to call me a f*^#@ing moron. I told him that if he was not going to stack the wood next to the house that he could leave since I was not going to carry a face cord of firewood from my driveway to the backyard. The least he could have done was tell me that it would cost extra to stack the wood and then ask if I was willing to pay for it. Instead, he proceeded to let loose with a more than generous stream of expletives (mostly punctuated by the f-word) and got in his truck and left. Do not use this man under any circumstances. He is rude and unprofessional. When I spoke with him before ordering the wood, he told me how bad business was. I now know why.
Description of Work: I phoned the owner and asked to have a face cord of firewood delivered. He agreed and told me that he could come out the next day. When he finally got here, things went downhill quickly.
