+ 2 moreHe pretty much does everything. He wants the job right when he gets done with it, which you don't find in this society. He is very meticulous. The only problem he has is that he has a lot of repeat customers and they keep him pretty busy. He's been a close friend of mine for 30 years. I knew him before he got into it. He is particular. The price sounds like a little much but I priced the concrete and it is not cheap. I am not that disappointed with the price. Sometimes a little better quality costs a little bit more.
Description of Work: I used Bob Peters Construction to do handyman work, remodeling and building. He is working on putting together a small shed for me as soon as he has time. He has cut out the ground and got a little bit of fill and he dug out the footings and put in reinforced steel. He is ready to put up the walls. When he finishes it will be a small version of my garage which is right next to it with siding and windows.
