The were very professional, prompt and polite. Between the installers & the office staff, they excel on customer service. They did an excellent job on cleaning up the job site.

This company is one of the best I have ever worked with. When we went to pick out the granite the supplier showed us the entire collection and we decided on a different higher priced granite. Instead of pricing the granite much higher Ultimate Stone gave us a very reasonable up charge for the higher priced granite and was very accommodating. They arrived exactly as they said and the installation was quick and expertly done. I would hire them again and again, they are experts.

Splendidly. They responded rapidly to changes that I made during the process. They accomplished what I asked of them. The product is as selected.

Straightforward job that I had been meaning to do myself. Used a Groupon instead to have the work done so not sure if price paid was high or low. Work was completed as scheduled so no complaints.

I have quite a list of items that went wrong and nothing that went right.. At first contact I was asked to send them a drawing and measurements of what I wanted to purchase. After verifying that I had over 87 sq ft to purchase, they were willing to work with me, EXCEPT I had constant communication problems which was blamed on the computer system not working. I had to call constantly to verify that they had received info. There were phone calls not returned until I contacted a supervisor, etc. We finally had an agreement that all communication would be verified with a phone call and finally arrived at the point of pricing the product. My husband and I visited the warehouses and picked out the granite we wanted and asked for the pricing. I told them I was going to buy 2 coupons worth $500.00 each to apply toward the cost and was told that the rep. Needed to check with her supervisor. Finally got a call back that said I could apply one coupon but they would not accept 2. The advertisement at the top of their Angie page (check above) clearly says that they will accept 2 coupons IF you purchase over 80 sq ft of their product. We were going to purchase over 87 sq ft but they would only accept 1 coupon. Even with all the time and effort I had invested this was the final straw and I told them I would not do business with them. Follow up- I contacted another granite co, who came out in 2 days, measured for me, and installed the same countertops for me 2 weeks later for $300 less than I would have paid Ultimate Stone IF they had allowed me to use 2 coupons. My kitchen and bar are beautiful and I learned a great lesson about customer service. This is the only Angie list company i have refused to do business with since moving here 9 months ago and having done a complete remodel of our home. I have used 7 other Angie vendors and they were ALL excellent. However I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Buyer Beware!

The only problem was in the installation, from the surface it looked fine, but the blocking and method to affix the sink and the top to the cabs was pretty rustic. The installers didn't have any of their own blocking so just used chunks of the cabinets they pulled off.

Marchin came out to do the work and was punctual, polite, professional, and just a lovely person to have in your home. The person who originally installed our countertops never came back to finish sealing them and never gave us any care instructions. He just disappeared on us. Marchin patiently answered at least 100 questions on how to care for natural stone. From how can I clean and seal my marble bathroom vanities, is there any help for the tile and grout I bleached out in my shower (no), and what the care and maintenance is of various natural stones so I can make informed decisions in the future. He also measured our basement bar for an estimate to have a Carrara marble countertop installed down the road. (I received the estimate via email within a week.) Even if he hadn't made my kitchen counters look brand new, the education I received from this man was more than worth the $129.

They showed up on time despite a terrible blizzard! They made sure to cover all the floors with tarps...removed old countertops without any damage to my cabinets (something I was worried about!) and installed the new countertops...they had to do a cooktop cut-out which they did once the counters were in place. They sealed them, cleaned up and were done in about 4 hours! The installation team was very professional and clean- I was so impressed! Except for a little vacuuming of dust from the cooktop cut-out, they left my kitchen very clean. Ania was so very helpful along the way in helping me choose my stone to keeping me abreast of installation details and scheduling. This was such a great deal and I cannot be more pleased- I am totally impressed with everyone in this company and highly recommend them!!

Martin arrived on time and did an excellent job. He was very thorough in his assessment of the condition of my countertops and offered great tips for long-term care. In addition to the cleaning and sealing, he repaired some minor chips and was able to buff out several unsightly ring marks left by the previous homeowners. Martin is friendly, professional, and works quickly and methodically. I'm very happy with the quality of service Ultimate Stone provided for this project and would definitely hire again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. They showed up on time and did the work. I didn't have any complaints. They were personable. They did the work and they cleaned up. It was nothing particularly remarkable but it was certainly fine and what I was looking for. It seemed a little expensive for what was done.

I am a retired teacher who likes things done in an accurate and timely manner. The professionals are Ultimate Stone, Inc., including Damion, Martin, Anya, Piotr and Bob, did not disappoint. Anya was especially helpful in helping me pick out the perfect color stone for my countertop. Service and workmanship were exceptional from start to finish. I would not hesitate to do business with the professionals at Ultimate Stone, Inc. again and would highly recommend them to others.

They replaced two granite countertops.

Excellently. They attached it, told us to wait at least 12 hours before using and were in and out in no time flat!

These guys are great. They do what they say, are punctual, keep you informed and deliver an excellent result. It took them all week to do the rather extensive tile work that I requested. The work was completed to a very high level. I supplied the tiles, which were very expensive, so I expected great wrokmanship and that is exactly what I got. I really don't have anything negative to say. I guess that there are cheaper folks out there, but I don't think that I would have gotten the results from others that I did from these guys. Ziggy, the supervisor kept me well informed and the tile installer, Robert, was professional and very detailed oriented. I would recommend them highly if you appreciate excellent workmanship and a high quality result.

Ultimate Stone pre-measured the existing countertops, helped us review and acquire granite slabs, cut the holes for sink and faucet and edged the slabs before installation. The installation was neat and professional. once installed, they sealed the new counter tops.

Everything went well - showed up on time and did a good job cleaning and sealing. Also provided several tips on how to better maintain the stones.

These guys were very professional. Ivonka spent time finding out if we could get a half slab of the material that we needed (she found it!). The installers were on time and took great measurements. A week later everything was ready for installation. These guys were so exact in their install that I can't fault anything! Fantastic job. We plan on using them for two tiling jobs we have in the works.
