It went well, but I should say I work very close to their office. I was able to stop by and talk to them about the job. I dropped off a check for the difference and I went to their shop before they cut the slabs to discuss the layout. They are a top notch operation but they a very busy too and I found dealing with them in person worked out very well.

They did a fine job. I think they were punctual.

We looked at several places for installing new granite kitchen countertops. But Ultimate was very competitive in pricing and quality. Renata was the main person in contact and she made sure the process was very smooth. Though I would have liked little more communication from her, simply because this was our first big home project and we had too many questions. The guy came in to take measurements and gave us all the tips and preparation required for the installation day. On the installation day 2 guys came and were very professional. Removed the old countertops, and installed the new granite. They made sure the area was clean after they left. Overall, great service and highly recommend these guys.

We saw reviews for Ultimate Stone on Angie's list and so glad we checked them out. Their office is very professional and we worked with Renata but even her boss was happy to answer our questions. They explained how the process works for measurement and installation and how their Angie's List discount works. Renata referred us to their granite people where we picked out our slab. They came out to measure and do a template for our kitchen and powder room and about 1 week later the installation was completed. Ultimate Stone did an excellent job and we highly recommend them.

All the people involved from the woman who sold the deal, to the man who measured the counters, to the men who installed the counters were so easy to deal with. Everything is great! The kitchen looks wonderful. It was a lot of moneyñ but as much as we use our kitchen, we felt the cost balanced the beauty and the almost indestructible quality of quartz. We waited had the deal three years before we used it.

It went great. They were very professional. They got the job done in a few hours. The scheduling was good. They sent one person out to do the job and he seemed pretty efficient

Pretty much everything that could go wrong with our kitchen remodel did. First the contractor became ill putting everything behind schedule, items were delayed/behind schedule or arrived damaged or had to be returned. The one saving grace in all this was Ultimate Stone. They not only did a fantastic job guiding us through the kitchen process and installing our beautiful new countertops, but Ivonka and Damien recommended an excellent plumber to help speed up the process when we were behind schedule, didn't blink an eye when we had to reschedule the measurement process three times, and were able to deliver our countertops ahead of our (revised) time table. All in all, a kitchen remodel is never an enjoyable process, but the place now looks great and we really like the look and functionality of our new countertops.

The communication was fine, however they didn't show up for an appointment, and I'm asking for a refund.

Ivonka the person we contacted first was wonderful in providing the estimate and setting up the appointment. The person who came to measure the counter top did a good job too. However, the day of the installation was a mess. They had called and set me up for the first appointment of the day. The two installers came in three hours late. They didn't bother to contact me to let me know they would be coming in late. I had to call several times to find out what was going on. I was told they'd be done in a couple of hours. I later found out that the business owner had given priority to someone else at the last minute. After the installers arrived they didn't cover the doorways to the dinning room and the family room with plastic sheets. When they cut the opening for the stove the whole house was covered in a cloud of dust. They didn't have a caring professional attitude. We had a thick layer of dust in all the rooms, inside all the cabinets, curtains upholstery etc. I was told there would be very little dust. After they got paid and left I realized they had left a huge gap between the backsplash and the walls. They had disconnected the gas from the stove and they didn't even explain to me that it had to be reconnected. We had gas leak afterwards before we figured it out. We were lucky we didn't have any explosions. They should've either reconnected it or brought it to my attention. When I emailed Ivonka regarding the gaps on the wall she didn't even respond as they were already paid off. By the time they left it was 3 PM. We were happy with the stone and the price but the installation service was less than professional.

The deal is not ideal to me. I have a quote from other company cheaper.

Our experience was very good from start to finish. All communication responses via Angie's List were very timely. The provider arrived to both the measurement and the installation appointments on time. The granite top for the grill was made as 1 piece. The measurements were spot on and the top fit perfectly. The old top was removed and taken away. I was going to shop vac the bottom of the structure while the old top was off. The Stone Crew offered to vacuum the area for me.

Scheduling was very convenient as we did online. Person came on time and very nice. We are completely satisfied with the service.

They were very thorough and I was very pleased with the results.

Found out about this firm on Angies List. No prior experience buying countertops. This firm had much better pricing and installation times than others I contacted, by a wide margin. Excellent quality granite and we were directed by their customer service staff to two separate stone vendors and shown granite slabs that varied from inexpensive to very expensive - but neither USI or the granite vendors were pushy or tried to "upsell/steer" or pressure us in any way. Impressive. Customer Service: First, I received the most remarkable customer service/advocacy from Anna, in their front office, that I have ever received from any vendor. She walked me through the process, sent samples via e-mail photos, interceded with the backsplash tile installers to ensure the tiles were correct (they were). She dispatched Martin, their measurement expert, to get exact sizes. Our kitchen is not standard, so I was impressed with his professionalism and know-how. He explained what he was doing and how this fit into the installation process. He made some templates and left quickly. Anna is the absolute best and called during and after installation to see if I was absolutely satisfied or if there were any changes I wanted. I didn't need any, because it was done right. , and when ordering again, I will ask for her again - in a heartbeat. INSTALLATION: The three-man USI crew arrived 15 minutes early and began work immediately. The were courteous and kept the area clean. The countertops were quickly installed and look amazing. They removed the old tops and took them away, installed the sinks and reverse-Osmosis tanks for the Plumber to connect later. We love the new look.

From start to finish this company provided great service at a reasonable price.They cleaned and sealed my granite in my kitchen, also the marble in my shower was rough so they buffed it till it was smooth.They also cleaned and sealed the marble.The technician also went beyond and recaulked the mirror around the sink and also the tub.I would highly recommend Ultimate Stone.

Repair work went very well - the serviceman was thorough, professional and did the job in an hour. He also called ahead to give me a idea of when he was coming - very helpful.

The man that came out was very excellent. He seemed to know what he was doing for the measuring of the counters.

Martin came in on time, got to work, and cleaned everything beautifully. Even hard water stains came out on our bathroom vanities-both granite and marble. In addition, Martin gave us helpful tips on maintaining our granite. We have had different contractors come through for various jobs, but none have been as polite, professional, exact, and friendly. I will recommend this company again and again to all my friends and will definitely use them again.

DON'T EVER USE THESE PEOPLE. YOU WILL BE SORRY. it started off well. their pricing was great and the women who met us and helped us with the contract was great. but then it all went south. the gentleman who came and did the measurements came with measuring tape, and cardboard to cut out. no laser accuracy here. I figured, ok, old school. that doesn't have to be a bad thing. well it was. my counters were installed and it turns out that they much narrower at one end. there is basically no overhang over a whole section of cabinetry. the guy who came to measure, came back and acknoledged that he measured incorrectly. one suggestion he made was to shave down the remaining part of the counter so it would all be that narrow. this would be the easiest solution b/c they wouldn't have to remove anything and could do the work right in my kitchen. I told them that then all of the counter would be too shallow and things would spill directly into my drawers. I said they needed to do the fix the right way, which was to re-cut. I told them, I'd be willing to just recut up to the seam, so it would be a pretty simple straight slab cut. We all agreed. I also told them, I would like to take some time to live with it and see how much it really bothered me, because at this point I'd been without a kitchen for 3 months and really didn't want to have to be without use for one minute longer. they agreed I had up to one year to make the changes OR they would discount me because the work was not done correctly. well, they billed me a couple months later for the remaining payment, IN FULL. When I called to say I wanted them to do the agreed upon fix, they told me that they only agreed to shave down the whole thing and not to replace. I told them that was not what we agreed to. and that I didn't want them to do anything to it any more. Just give me the markdown and I would pay the remaining. I spoke to the owner who accused me of trying to get down the price already and he wasn't going to give me any money off. he didn't care if the work wasn't done right. he said I wasn't being reasonable, that they had a simple fix and I owed him the money, end of discussion. next thing I know, I have a mechanics lien.

They came out to the house and it turns out that what I needed is a polishing and not a cleaning which isn't covered in the deal. They are going to give me an estimate for the floor polishing and I will most likely use them for that service.
