Damian and Ivonka from the office were always amazing to work with. We changed our mind on the type of countertop we wanted and they didn't give us any hassle at all. Once the cabinets were in, Martin came out and did a final measurement. Martin was very professional and took the time to explain everything to us. We submitted the down payment and a week later our countertops were being installed. The day of the installation was one of the hottest days this summer. The installers were running about 90 minutes late but we were informed so it wasn't a big deal. Martin showed up shortly before the installers did and he was drenched in sweat, (the truck he was driving didn't have any air conditioning), but he wanted to personally be the one to deliver our kitchen sink back, (I was paranoid something might happen to it while it was not in our possession but it was just as perfect as the day he picked it up). We gave Martin and his installers bottled water to cool down and decided to buy them dinner as it was starting to get late and after carrying heavy slabs and working in the heat, it seemed the right thing to do. They were very appreciative of the food and water and said that rarely happens. (Hopefully more people will buy them food and or give them a bottled water - these guys work very, very hard.) Anyway, they promptly got to work installing the countertops. They had to make a cut in the top of the new cabinets to fit in the very large kitchen sink, but they took the time to explain that to us. Martin said the cabinets were perfectly level and who ever did them clearly did a terrific job. (Sometimes they run into issues where the cabinets are uneven and it can make the installation quite difficult.) It was nice to receive such a compliment and it made us even more happy about the company we chose to do our cabinets. Ultimate Stone's team worked quickly but in a respectful manner to our kitchen and to us. One thing I wasn't expecting was the strong chemical smell from the epoxy and I'm guessing the sealer, but we opened a few windows, turned on some fans and lowered the A/C. It dissipated in a couple hours. I did have a question about the hole that was made for our water filtration system and Ivonka said she could have someone come out to make the hole slightly larger if we needed. We are hoping a new faucet will fix the problem. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the quality of the work and customer service from the team at Ultimate Stone. We had used a different company a few years back to install a granite countertop on a bathroom vanity and you can clearly tell the cut and polish of their granite is nothing compared to the expertise of Ultimate Stone. I am not a fan or remodeling, however, I can't wait until we remodel a bathroom to use Ultimate Stone again. Highly recommended!!!

The countertop is beautiful. They guy that did the measuring was fantastic. The only issue was with the installer. My carpenter installed a panel of wood that was lined up perfectly flush with the refrigerator and the countertop installer had to pull it out for the countertops to fit. I feel like he was sneaky with the installation. However, the price was excellent, the quality was fine, and everything came in on time.

This company deserves its excellent reputation. On a day-to-day basis, we dealt with Ivonka, who is professional, responsive and extremely knowledgeable. After providing her with a rough sketch and measurements of the project, she helped us pick the exact type of stone we wanted and, most helpfully, advised us why we did *not* want certain types of stone for our project. Then a guy came out to measure; he was on time and a perfect gentleman. After that was completed, we set an installation date. The installation crew (2 guys) were also very pleasant. They also proved to be extremely efficient: they were done ahead of schedule! Instead of taking about 4 hours, as estimated, they finished in 3. And the quality of the installation work exceeded all of our expectations. The installers clearly care about their work and took the time to make everything perfect. They even explained what product we should use to remove particularly difficult stains. In short, we are thrilled. Look no further -- Ultimate Stone is the best.

MY stainless steel kitchen sink fell off and I contacted Ultimate Stone in a panic because I was going to have the house full of guests for a week. They were able to come on the next Saturday morning before my guests arrived. The sink was fixed right, the way it should have been installed in the first place. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up after themselves as well. You would have never known they were there. The price was good. The service was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone - anytime.

++from start to finish everything was great. Damian, was great to work with. I gave them my dimensions, and I was able to pick out the type of granite i wanted, they gave me a quote on the spot. which was very competitive with other companies I researched. We agreed on the price which included about 50-55 square feet of counter tops, new undermount sink, and removal of old countertops. They came and did a final measurement, and about 9 days later they were ready to install, everything went very fast and quick. Quality is great we love our new countertops!! My husband and I had visited many granite fabricators. Being a long time Angie's List member, I had already picked Ultimate Stone as one of our choices to go. When we went to Ultimate Stone we met with Ivonka and she was so pleasant and knowledgeable we knew this was the best place. Ivonka talked to us about style and measurements and stated we would only need 1 slab of granite. We had thought 1 slab was enough but a different fabricator insisted we buy 2. Going with Ultimate Stone saved us a lot of money. We had kept in contact with Ivonka through emails when checking on the status of the granite and Ivonka always got back to us. The experience was smooth, the quality and price was great and the people were all very pleasant. I highly recommend Ultimate Stone.

The gentleman was great from the moment he arrived. He kept things neat and clean, was though all and very informative on what he was doing and why. He was also helpful on how to maintain our counter top.

I contacted Ultimate Stone to fix our kitchen sink. Over a period of just 2-3 days we saw our kitchen sink leave its space and start hanging. Its an undermount sink on granite and I could see the glue giving away. I didnt know what to do next. We gave temporary support to the sink from under and stopped using it temporarily . I contacted Ultimate Stone through Angies List and explained my situation. They were able to assess the problem pretty quickly and assured me that they will be able to assist. The lady on the phone was very courteous and responsive. She called back to set up a time and date. They guy who came over, Martin, was very knowledgeable and polite. He explained to me that the sink had not been mounted correctly. There were no pins or any sort of mechanism to hold the sink to granite except glue. We had recently moved in and didnt know who had initially done the install. Martin was very helpful and patient enough to explain all the steps that he will take to make sure the job is done correctly. He was well prepared and methodically re-installed the sink. Martin even fixed the small leak ( which I had not noticed ) in the pipe underneath and fixed it. He was helpful enough to fix the soap dispenser as well. Martin completed the work in specified time, cleaned everything after and double checked all the pins, all points before he left. I was very happy with their service and would definitely recommended them.

Excellent and professional service. they worked with me to find the perfect color match, helped me mark slabs. Installers were on time, cleaned up afterwards but most important they worked carefully to install a perfect fit. Kitchen looks fabulous after their work completed. Would highly recommend them for their skill and professionalism

This service exceeded my expectations. I called to better understand the service and got answers to all my questions. My appointment was confirmed for early the following week. Martin arrived on time, explained what he was going to do and the caulking that he was going to use to seal the seams (and why). He was very personable and neat in his work. After he. left, I received a follow-up phone call later that afternoon to see if I was satisfied or had any comments. I was very pleased and would definitely use this service again.

He just whipped down the counter top with a chemical. There was no special coating. I don't know what he used, but there wasn't any difference from before. I could've done that. That was not a deal.

We upgraded to granite countertops in our kitchen, and after visiting and getting a quote from Ultimate Stone, we went with them. Their quote came in lower than the others we received and they had the best customer service. We were able to look at several pieces of granite and ended up with a selection that fit our taste perfectly. The installation was quick, seamless, and well done. Yvnoka and Damien worked with us to ensure we were completely satisfied from beginning to completion. We would highly recommend them to anyone doing granite and will likely use them again for any other granite needs we might need.

Martin did an excellent job polished up my granite countertop. He also took my bathroom vanity top measurement when I asked him to do. The company called me back the next day for followup. I had a very pleasant experience!

These people are very reasonable in every sense. Price was the best I could find, and they are very pleasant to deal with and very responsive and professional. They understood what I wanted, sent me pictures of the slab so that I did not have to make a trip, and made a special appointment on a weekend to show me the piece. I was very happy with the overall experience.

I'm an Architect, so I tend to be pretty particular about contractors. Every step of the way was exemplary and professional, the level of service I expect when dealing with much larger contractors. Pricing was excellent. We selected a higher price group of stone for the tops - I was worried that the upcharges would be very high, but they were not. Quite reasonable. Measuring and installation were spot on, and they helped coordinate an unusual sink in a corner cabinet. Highly recommend.

Excellent! Marchin did great work. He buffed out all the surface stains he could find on the countertop before cleaning and sealing it, and with a limestone countertop, that takes a lot of work! He also touched up some sealant in the seams around our various countertops and sink, just because he could see that they were getting old/cracked. Throughout the process, he was conscientious and careful, and we will definitely be using their service again!

As mentioned above, the entire process was easy due to Damien and his crew from Ultimate Stone. The response to our initial inquiry was prompt and the estimate was just what we ended up paying. When we called to discuss the floor damage, we were told we could use our own floor installer to fix the damage and Ultimate paid for that. Everything was done very professionally.

Excellent. My granite countertops were beginning to get water stains, probably due to solution used to clean the over time. The man came promptly, polished them, and since then the problem has not reoccurred. He was courteous and able. I am contracting with the company to do some additional granite work - cutting, fitting and installation.

The whole process/experience for us was great. Damian the owner is a great guy to deal with, he came and did the measurements himself and gave us a couple of ideas that we had not thought about. Damian and his employees kept us up to date on everything and the installation was performed ahead of schedule. The installers were quick, clean and very through. They left almost nothing to clean up and the countertops and sink are awesome. I really recommend using Damian and Ulimate Stone, we definitely will use them again.
