Description of Work: Ultimate stone was amazing!! First of all their price beat the other estimates I got by about 20 percent. And I was on a tight turnaround time and the were very flexible with me. Ivanka was so patient with all the questions I had and so responsive. All of the field people were very professional and right on time. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Description of Work: Deep cleaned and sealed my kitchen countertops. This was the first time I had the countertops professionally cleaned since I had them installed in 2009. I had been cleaning them myself, but the light colored stone was starting to darken. This vendor explained to me that it was very clear to him the oringal vendor who installed the countertops did not seal them like they were supposed to when they were first installed. As a result some staining would be more difficult to remove than others. Tis vendor did a fantastic job in removing nearly all the stains and then sealing them properly. I will use this vendor again and again, They were great, honest, prompt and helpful. The price was great for the size of kitchen offered.

Description of Work: The facility was very nice and Erica(consultant) was helpful and friendly. We didn't get prices from them only levels of stone. 1 being the cheapest and 4 being most expensive, but still didn't know what they cost. Only after we had picked out stone did our installer give us a quote and still couldn't figure out what everything costs(stone, cutting, installing). I would recommend this business to anyone shopping for new counter-tops.

Description of Work: I emailed this company through Angies list. They responded promptly with a call. The woman I talked to was polite and courteous. I told her I was ready to get granite countertops and she explained the process to me. I then asked for an estimate and she told me that I would need to sketch out the layout of my countertop and take measurements and email all that to them. I was stunned. I was expecting they would send someone out to my house to measure. That has been my experience in the past. I think it's ridiculous that I'm talking about spending a few thousand with them and they can't bother to send someone out for an estimate. This is not the kind of behavior I would expect from an A rated provider. 2/19 update: The owner of Ultimate Stone called today. She wanted to understand why I was dissatisfied and offered to do whatever it took to take things forward. I shared my expectations and she explained that she was willing to come out and measure if that's what I needed, but that their normal process is to have folks submit their own measurements as they get so many requests for estimates that they can't staff them all, so they made a business decision to go this route.

Description of Work: Company provided great customer service and arranged an appointment that was convenient for me. A followup email confirmed the appointment--nice touch! The serviceman arrived on time, was professionally dressed and explained the task in great detail. He did an amazing job restoring my granite countertops. Would definitely recommend this company and will use again.

Description of Work: I am fairly pleased with the overall professionalism, punctuality and courtesy of the workers from Ultimate Stone. I would certainly recommend them to my friends and family and keep their number for future needs.

Description of Work: I bought a coupon for Ultimate Stone on Angie's List and was impressed at their outreach to get their services scheduled. The called me in two days to schedule an appointment. I had to reschedule at the last minute and they were very accommodating. When they came in to do the work, they were very thorough. I didn't have a lot of surface area to clean (well under the 150 sq ft allowed in the coupon) but the gentlemen who was doing the work asked if he could re-grout the seams on my sink area. Heck yes! He was also able to smooth out some chips on the edges of the stone. Nice people and good quality work. All in all, I highly recommend Ultimate Stone.

Description of Work: Using a deal from Angie's List, I purchase granite for new kitchen countertops. I picked out the slabs at a site in Elk Grove Village, the installation was excellent, I was very happy with my experience.
