Trifecto Audio Video

I have used Trifecto Audio Video numerous times for television and audio installs. They have always provided excellent, professional service, competitive pricing and never fail to clean up after themselves. This was more complex than a simple Ring install due to existing wiring being incompatible and also a poor WiFi signal. They were very patient getting the system to work.

There were a couple hiccups here and there, but when we explained that to Chris' team, they were quick to come up with a solution to the problem, and went so far as to talk with the software developers to find about a computer-based program that would incorporate the cameras into a single user experience. Luma cameras have some quirks, and if you like them, it can be a good experience, but they're expensive cameras, and the only ones offered for the installation. That's an important note, because if you don't like Luma, this will be a problem for the project. However, for the larger scale single-site installation, especially after Chris got back to us with the new Luma AWS (which was not out yet at the time of the installation), this team and this product were a good fit. The most impressive part is how professional and pleasant Chris' team was the entire process.

Christopher and his team did a phenomenal Job planning and equipping our entire home with a home run system: - Control 4 - Luxul Switch & Internet - 8 zone audio/video - surround sound home theater system We couldn’t have had a better experience when it comes to quality, timeliness, responsiveness and customer service! So thankful for Trifecto! We are a new fitness studio opening that had a tight turn around time and a stubborn sound system that many companies told us they could not work with. Trifecto were patient and worked through every kink. They made sure to triple check everything and make sure we were satisfied with all of their work. They care about the work they do and the customer. I can't say enough these guys were amazing!! I will definitely be using them again in the future for more projects. I highly recommend Trifecto!

Christopher came out on time for our first meeting, had simple to understand solutions, and when he left I thought we would end up hiring them. A week later I followed up since we hadn't received a quote, he apologized and said he was still working on it. We never received the quote.

Trifecto Audio Video is the best in the business. They have mounted all of our tv’s. Chris is exceptionally professionally and I know I can count on him and his team. Very well priced. And always on time.

Chris and Ryan were fantastic as usual. They have been working with me for almost 5 years and have put an entire home system in our house. (4 home theaters, lighting, HVAC, security, etc). I have worked with many AV companies and Trifecto is the best. Chris’s Responsiveness to issues that arise is second to none. Immediate response and follow up on all issues no matter the time. Days, nights and weekends - Chris is the best at customer service. I highly recommend them.

I have used them in the past and every time they exceed my expectations. Not only is the job done when they say it will be completed, everything worked and was as great as they said it would be. Also, they take the time to make sure you know how to use all the key features of your new system

Service and communication response unbelievable. Very clean and professional. As work progressed and we found more items affected by the power surge. Chris personally called and worked with the insurance company. Made my life so much easier so my day wasn't spent on the phone . Those extra parts that we needed were there and installed the next day . The installers were super clean and courteous. I don't easily recommend companies , but I wouldn't have a second thought recommending Chris and Trifecto to any of my friends and family. I've used Trifecto in the past for other issues and have always had this experience .

These guys are good. My job was a full set up of multiple TVs, surround sound equipment, BluRay, Sonos in multiple rooms, Amazon TV, Turntable and VCR. The guys were knowledgeable, attentive and completely focused on getting the job done right. What stood out is their commitment to doing whatever it takes to finish the job and have a satisfied customer. Excellent experience. I felt like the install team was there for me at every turn and it was a pleasure having them in my home doing this work.

We requested quotes from couple places, Trifecto was quick to respond. Chris was able to come out to our house and give us estimates the same week. The estimates Trifecto provided was very detailed, with the brands of the equipment and links to the manufacturer's websites. That helped us to do our own research and check the reviews of the products. Chris was quick to respond for all the questions we have. Also, they are willing to adjust the quality and brands of the products based on our needs and budgets. The schedule was on time, Trifecto was able to finish the work as they have scheduled and they even haul away a lot of our own unwanted wires and equipment. We are pleased with their service and professionalism.

Chris Brenner was extremely responsive in diagnosing the problem remotely (as he was out of town), making a house call upon his return, having the n Ed parts overnight shipped and immediately installing them.

Mounted two TVs - one 65" LG OLED on the wall between built in book shelving in the basement, another 65" Panasonic Plasma above a fireplace in formal living room. These guys are top notch. They are likely not going to be the cheapest, but in terms of installs you get what you pay for. Go the cheap route and you'll have unsightly holes in your walls with cables pulled through them. Go with Trifecto and you'll have quality cables, wall plates and super-clean and professional results that you can be proud of if you ever have to take your TV down if you move. Quality work, quality communication. I'd hire again for future needs.

Great! This is the 3rd time I have used Trifecto and I am always happy with Chris and his team. I have used big box stores before and they were not as knowledgeable or as professional as Trifecto. I will always keep coming back and have referred them to neighbors as well.

I recently moved into a new home that has built in speakers throughout - but a lot of the existing equipment was very dated. Chris and his team did incredible work advising about equipment that needed to be updated and working with some of the existing equipment as well. I ordered some new equipment through Trifecto, and it was very high quality at a competitive price. Chris and his team were perfectionists and really paid attention to every detail. That said, they worked hard and were able to accomplish A LOT very quickly for me. They also spent time helping me to understand the system and all of the myriad features. The TVs are terrific, and the stereo sound throughout the house is incredible. I can't recommend Trifecto highly enough!

Chris and his team did an excellent job. The Control 4 system is great so far and the Theater is also fantastic. I’m sure we’ll have a few bugs to work out, but Chris has been very responsive and wants to have happy customers, so I have no doubt that the follow-up will also be excellent.

Amazing! Trifecto Audio is a true professionally run business. I am so pleased with the entire process. Chris helped us through every phase from design to instillation. He helped with all of our elements we wanted and was able to steer us toward the best products. We were on budget with no overruns. The work the men did was great, and all the cords/ wifi/ new dvd player are in perfect positions and all is cleaned up. I would highly recommend Trifecto Audio Video for your technology "clean up" needs!

These guys were great. I had them first check out my receiver because it was not working with my speakers....it was determined that it was busted. So I had to get my speakers to work still and I decided to buy the SONOS per their advice and they picked it up and installed it for me while teaching me how to use it. Im very happy I called them and would use them again in the heartbeat. Highly recommended!
