Trifecto has installed two home theater systems in my house. Both projects were done very professionally, on budget and on time. An AVR for one of my systems started to malfunction. I emailed Chris Brenner and he responded with a diagnosis and a recommendation for a replacement AVR in the budget range I wanted. On the day of service, the technicians showed up on time and completed the replacement within 30 minutes. Before leaving they demonstrated its operation and answered all of my questions. I would recommend Trifecto for all of your audio/visual needs without reservation.

As with all home renovations, certain trades don’t leave things exactly perfect for the other trades to do their jobs. The guys at Trifecto handled everything perfectly and professionally. When the other contractors failed to leave room, wiring, and other items accessible that should have been, the guys at Trifecto not only installed my systems perfectly, they found the best ways to overcome the mess that the other contractors left me. I would absolutely recommend Trifecto every time...and wouldn’t even think of going elsewhere when the time arises again for work to be done.

The installation of flat panel tv along with sound system went flawlessly. The guys who did the work were very professional, efficient and accommodating. They finished when they said they would, with no mess left behind. I have worked with this company a few times in the past and will continue to in the future. Highly recommend!!

The project went as well as all of my other previous projects with Trifecto. They do a great job of recommending products to stay within your desired budget. They were very accommodating with my schedule and took care of the removal of the volume control in a separate visit from the speaker installation. Installation went very smooth. The crew is always professional, courteous, and efficient. They do a real nice job of not making a mess and cleaning up. Communication can be a bit better, as I didn't know what specific time they were showing up for both visits. Overall very satisfied and I will continue to use Trifecto for all of my A/V needs.

Trifecto was super helpful and did an amazing job of nstalling our Nest doorbell. We didn't have a standard doorbell setup and needed special setup.

I have used Trifecto Audio Video numerous times for television and audio installs. They have always provided excellent, professional service, competitive pricing and never fail to clean up after themselves. This was more complex than a simple Ring install due to existing wiring being incompatible and also a poor WiFi signal. They were very patient getting the system to work.

There were a couple hiccups here and there, but when we explained that to Chris' team, they were quick to come up with a solution to the problem, and went so far as to talk with the software developers to find about a computer-based program that would incorporate the cameras into a single user experience. Luma cameras have some quirks, and if you like them, it can be a good experience, but they're expensive cameras, and the only ones offered for the installation. That's an important note, because if you don't like Luma, this will be a problem for the project. However, for the larger scale single-site installation, especially after Chris got back to us with the new Luma AWS (which was not out yet at the time of the installation), this team and this product were a good fit. The most impressive part is how professional and pleasant Chris' team was the entire process.
