When I first contacted Christopher and his company I left a message. He returned my call with in minutes of my message. He was very professional and easy to speak with. Christopher was able to take my non-tech description of the issue. During any discussion I had, Christopher and his staff are able to explain things to me in simple terms that the average person who does not work in the AV field can understand. Christopher and his team are very professional and responsive! They arrived on time and quickly had our system issue corrected. They spent time to make sure the issue was resolved and made us aware of another potential issue so we could plan to have the system down for a short period of time for repairs. While in our home they were very neat and clean even when they were working. They removed their shoes upon entering our home and wore a mask at all times. I really appreciated the respect they showed my home.

We are a busy family and want to press a button and want something to work. Long story short, in the past we have used 2 different low voltage companies. Nothing ever worked and the 2 other companies couldn't get it to work. And the first company is the one that did the initial install. Very frustrating. As my kids were screaming that the basement TV and XBOX didn't work I looked for another low voltage company and went with Trifecto Audio Video. Don' waste your time calling anyone else. I reached out to Trifecta to quote out new TV and stereo installs for several rooms across my new condo, as well as to optimize the network across the whole unit. Chris responded quickly and came out for an initial consultation to hear out my ideas and plan out the install. He followed up with a quote soon after, worked with my small adjustments, and then carried out the install the following week once the parts arrived. 3 days of work in a row and everything looks and works great- speakers work well, TV's look great, and the Control4 system makes operations easy. Very professional-would recommend

Chris and his team are always very responsive and professional. They recommend but also provide alternatives so you can determine how much you want to spend.

Trifecto Audio was very prompt and showed up when they said they would, and worked closely with my other building contractor in tandem to complete the job. The people on site were great, they made sure that I was completely happy with everything before they left, and tweaked a couple things that needed fixing, and happily did it. I felt they were honest with me and didn't try to push anything on me that I didn't want or have in my plans.

The initial meeting with Chris Brenner regarding the space size and equipment that will work best was great, he answered all my questions and concerns. He did not upsell the equipment or make the project complicated. The prices of the equipment were very competitive, compared to the other major retail establishments. When it was time to install the audio and tv, Ryan and Joe did an amazing job! They were professional, they wore face masks, and were respectful to remove their shoes at the door. I highly recommend Trifecto Audio Video for all your entertainment needs.

From quote to finish, the team at Trifecto were incredible. Installed an outdoor television, which required new electrical and cable to be installed as well. Really changed the look of our walkout area. Will definitely use again.

I've been using Trifecto for the past 10 years. For those of you who are not aware Chris / Trifecto were part of the original Tweeter group that performed high end installs of home entertainment systems. Tweeter was the gold standard and Trifecto has carried on this tradition. Over the years they installed a complex home entertainment system, then migrated it to Sonos and this last project was to upgrade my home internet / WiFi to a business class of service. Thanks to Chris all my the WiFi dead zones in the home have been eliminated. I am now flying with internet speeds of 300 Mbps. Best of all is that the system can be remotely supported. I would highly recommend Trifecto. They are professional, dependable, courteous and well priced.

Great, as always as I have used Chris and his company (Trifecto) multiple times now over the last 9 years and everyone of the jobs has been done at a very high level at a fair price. Chris is a perfectionist so even things that you or I may think look good enough is not good enough for Chris. He wants the work to be A+ every time and it is. Chris and team were awesome! I put in a request on Angie’s list on a Saturday and Chris was at the house viewing our current set up by Monday. We had the estimate reviewed, items added on, and everything ready to start in 2 weeks. Chris’ team was polite, extremely organized/clean, and quiet, which was extra important with 2 of us working from home. When we had an internet issue, Chris and his team stayed late to ensure everything was resolved. They were also flexible when we decided last minute that we wanted DVR boxes installed instead of what we had available. Everything is extremely easy to use (even for those in the house that are not super tech savvy). Chris followed up with us after the install to make sure everything was working and that we were happy with the product. I will definitely hire Trifecto again for any future projects!

This is the 4th time I have hired Trifecto Audio/Video. I would not think about hiring someone else or going to a big box store for flat screens or any audio/video needs. They are the experts! In the past, they have installed numerous flat screens and wired by house with a Sonos sound system. They are great to work with, very prompt and leave the room cleaner than when they started. If I ever move out of this area, I would consider flying them to my new home to install my audio/video needs - that's how good they are! You won't be disappointed.

They were on time, respectful, professional, competent, and took care to protect my home while they worked. Their prices were significantly better than abt's (who I usually use), and they came back for free to make some modifications that I wanted.

Woke up found our internet service was disrupted because in home equipment battery had died. Emailed Chris.at 7 am. He replied within 15 mins and set up an early afternoon same day service call. They arrived with need3d parts, set up new equipment, then went ahead and reviewed overall system. While here the technicians went ahead and did software updates they noticed we needed. Prompt, knowledgeable, pleasant professionals. Use this company for all hardware, software and service needs. Amazing group of guys

I have been in the property management industry for 5+ years. I have worked with many (many) vendors during my time in a lot of different facets. When it comes to audio/video installation expertise, timeliness, quality of install, etc. Chris and his team are an A+. They were so good in fact that I laid out the project ONE time, carried about my day in the office, and felt no need to check in on them or micromanage the project (as where with other installers you almost need to). They cleaned every speck of dirt or drywall debris from the project when finished. The equipment that was hung on the walls is sturdy and will not pose any issues whatsoever. Most importantly, Chris was on-point with all communications, friendly, and his team was the same. Fantastic Experiance.

Trifecto did a great job with my new patio audio system. They helped me decide what the best options for me were and did a great job installing the system. This is the second system I've had installed by Trifecto and I'd highly recommend them.

These guys were 100% pro, no big-box "installers" here. They were on time and did some nice, fairly sophisticated work which they designed and executed on the spot for 2 TVs in one afternoon. Everything was professionally done and it's worth every penny. This is my second time using them and Trifecto is PERFECTO!
