Trifecto Audio Video

Trifecto has done a number of projects for me over the years--some small, some large. Their work has always been superior; done in a timely way and accurately. When I moved to a new apartment last year, they took over moving and reinstalling everything electronic and did so very well. They are also neat about their work. They respond to emails very quickly and give fast and friendly service. All in all a first rate company that I would always use.

Chris came out and gave me several different options. He showed how I can add on to my current system to send music outside and control it through a easy to use home automation system. The pricing is in line and fair with what I expected. We will be adding the speaker system soon.

They were very responsive and in fact more reliable and knowledgable than the Xfinity professional. They had to come back a second time due to wrong equipment sent by Xfinity, but they were very flexible in making sure they made the second appointment. I have used Trifecto for 2 different installs in two different homes. In my opinion there is not a better more professional provider out there. High quality work, very creative and provides excellent ideas and concepts.

Everything went perfect & I LOVE the new outdoor TV. The picture is fantastic & I can leave it outdoors ALL YEAR 'ROUND! The Sound bar center channel speaker sounds great & can be controlled via smartphone! I've used Trifecto AVP for over 10 years & I have NEVER been disappointed! Christopher Brenner & his crew are extremely professional in every way. They also back their products & installations guaranteed! They are also very timely which I think is very important. They will be there when they say! I am so glad I went to these guys instead of using "chain store" people who don't seem to have the passion for their craft like Trifecto does!

Chris was punctual as always. He was upfront on the cost and took care of my issue in a short amount of time. We have used Trifecto for the last 10 years (I believe) and love this company. The project was smooth since day one. Trifecto delivered on all of their promises and setup many new systems for our sales facility. Their communication was outstanding as well as the quality of their work-Even all of the wiring was extremely neat and organized. We will definitely be using them again in the future and would recommend to any household or large enterprise looking for quality/professional installations of video/audio/ or signage systems.

The whole process went great. Trifecto came out for an initial visit to assess my current home network. They discussed various options with me such as what type of new equipment will be needed and the placement of it. A few days later I received a written quote via e-mail. Once I accepted the quote and made an initial deposit (for the ordering of the equipment), an appointment was set up. On the day of the appointment, Trifecto was on time. The whole job took a couple of hours during which time they were completely professional and answered all of my questions. They were very neat and didn't leave any kind of mess. They tested the system to make sure everything was working properly and they kept me involved so that I know how to maintain the system going forward. I am very pleased with the result. I now have faster and more reliable wifi that covers my entire house. I have used Trifecto in the past and will continue to do so for all of my audio/video/networking needs.

Chris @ Tri-Fecto is awesome. We have been working with Chris, on and off for 10 years +/-. Our discussions for new home started at the end of 2013. Chris/Tri-Fecto has been quoting, visiting, researching, and patiently adjusting design plan and proposals as we went. This is a testament in itself as we didn't start building home until July 2015 and Tri-fecto started work in February 2016. He has been very patient, helpful and always there throughout this whole time... Seriously! Everything that we asked for got done for the price that was given! Tri-Fecto did several pre-job walk thrus with contractor and us to elliviate any issues. This was very helpful and useful. From the first day on the job to completion Chris and Tri-Fecto went above and beyond to give us quality and professional service. The work was very neat and clean. Wiring looms installed are bundled, tagged and tied nicely. Electrical switches and plates are unbelievably sleek, attractive and functional. Speaker choice, placement and trim are equally the same. The equipment and rack they are housed in is a work of art. The self contained TV box/mount with cat 6, electric outlets, coax jack, surge protector and swing mount all contained in an in wall trimmed unit is the best. Programming and training is second to none. We are happy with everything thanks to Chris. We have hired Chris and Tri-Fecto over the years for $250.00 house calls for software updates or minor fixes to our most recent new home project. Large or small we have always been responded to quickly and given 5 star service. Great company to have on speed dial. Electronics, home automation, audio/video etc. You will never beat the one on one attention from Chris. Big box stores just cannot offer what Tri-Fecto gave us. We know because prior to hiring we met with all of them i.e. ABT, Best buy etc. Thanks for an awesome home Chris

Truly excellent service, extremely high quality work and very reasonable pricing. The installation went smoothly, and everything was done on time and as expected. They did a great job cleaning up and setting up the system and we've had absolutely no problems with the system since it was installed. I know there are lots of options for stereo and home theater systems, but I don't think you can do better than Trifecto Audio Video...they deserve your business.

Trifecto has been great. They do a professional job and are very responsive to design ideas as well as construction requirements. The systems have worked flawlessly. When I have called them to explain a products behavior they have fully diagnosed the situation and have taken the time to explain the behavior so I can maintain the equipment better in the future.

Our family could not be happier with the level of service we have received from Chris and the team at Trifecto. From day 1 they have provided us with exceptional customer service. At the beginning (when we were dragging our feet on making a decision) Chris patiently walked us through all the different options available and tailored everything to fall within our budget. Trifecto's prices on all of our A/V equipment was as good if not better than big box stores like Best Buy and ABT but it also came with an unparalleled level of service. Any time an issue arises regardless of how minor it is, we are always able to contact chris directly and he handles the problem very quickly. We have added more equipment a few times and Trifecto always comes through for us. As we add additional components to our home a/v system in the future we will definitely be using Trifecto again. This is the best audio - smart home integration company I have worked with. Christopher Brenner is a true professional and a perfectionist. He has done several jobs for me over the last decade and I keep using Trifecto Audio because every job is done well and is on budget. He will work within your budget to design a system that fits your ideal design dream. He is knowledgeable of the most current products available, and this translates into a great system. His work ethic is as though he was working on his own home.

Specifically he programmed and connected all our TVs and sound systems to Universal Remotes. We purchased new TVs and amplifiers thru him, and he hooked them up to the sound systems and cable. His prices for new equipment were absolutely competitive with any on-line seller. He is now working on the biggest project of all; we are building a new house, and he is in charge of not only the A/V needs, but also all internet and smart house installations, from pre-wiring to final connectivity. The best part is we trust Chris to do what is right for us.

Chris and his team out right away and fixed the problem. It was right before the Super Bowl and i was nervous i would not be able to watch the game. But Trifecto came through again!!

I wouldn't have used Chris and Trifecto a total of 4 times if I had not been completed satisfied with all of the work they have completed to date in 2 different homes. Technology in the space changes on a daily basis and I have no way of keeping up with the latest and greatest. All I have to do is tell Chris/Trifecto what I am looking for or what I want and he recommends several options/pricing that will meet my needs, providing me the pro/cons of each and each type of equipment. Trifecto was on time and budget with our project. They worked with the other trades and completed the project to our needs. They stand behind their installation and are there to answer your questions. We have zoned audio through out our new store controlled by sonos. The several tv's are capable of display video content or a advertisement from our sign software. Both have created a very pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

The installer came out, assessed various ways of running the cables which had to be ordered. After various price quotes we agreed upon an installation and scheduled a follow-up appt. for the work to be done. The installers were very neat and punctual and made sure that everything was functioning well before leaving.
