Good result, quality equipment, professional interaction with Chris and his team

Chris' team did a great job. They set everything up very efficiently, suggested options that were within our budget, but also provided advice as to whether or not it was worth upgrading certain areas. Definitely does not try to sell you things you don't really need - for example, suggesting we buy an a/v rack from the container store vs. buying a much more expensive one from him. I would highly recommend Chris and plan to use him again in the future.

He and his team are great to work with. They make the difficult seem simple and they don't get annoyed when I keep asking what many may think are stupid questions. You describe to them what you want, they come back with options to consider then they install. Their prices are very competitive and unlike a big-box store I can call Chris direct and get HIM on the phone to answer my questions. That is a huge plus.

We have had Trifecto service our audio/video system for the past 8 years. We could not ask for better service. Trifecto has corrected all issues we have had with our system due to power outages. They installed the whole audio/video system for our basement. Our last incident was a lightning strike which damaged about 60% of the whole house system. Trifecto was at our house assessing the issue and had us up and running again promptly. We would highly recommend Tifecto to anyone looking for any type of audio and/or video service.

This work was done before my cable install & Chris was going to be out of town but left me clear instructions on how to get help from his company if there were any issues with the cable install.

Chris does a great job and it's one stop shopping. We met, I told him what I wanted and he purchased all the material for the installation. A few years ago, we did a complete remodel of our first floor. He helped me plan and pick all our audio/visual needs and then handled the complete install. He accommodated our construction schedule. Everything was done very professionally and neatly. Have used him on several projects over the years.

We have used Trifecto many times. They have installed home theater systems in multiple rooms,. And prior to our move three years ago, they removed and stored ALL home theater equipment from the old house and then reinstalled ALL equipment into rooms of our new house. They are knowledgable, prompt, professional, clean and always able to offer multiple solutions and options to ensure wet have the best home theater experience for our money.

Very professional team. They were on time, finished on time, Went thought the system with me before they left. Cleaned up everything before leaving. The gear they recommended is wonderful. I have one remote that works all the gear in the system making it very easy to use. I have a keypad in each room where there are speakers running from that system to control volume and what I want to listen to in that room The crew was friendly and easy to work with.

As always Chris did a great job. Its such a pleasure to be able to sit in my family room, a former dead zone, get WiFi and good speeds also. In addition, my son is very happy as his speed is now faster and more consistent with the new Ethernet connection and router. Chris always does a great quality job at a very fair price. I had him do work on my house back in 2011 also when I moved in that included hanging multiple tv's, one over a fire place where he hid the wiring behind the baseboards. Totally professional job. He also installed a wireless home speaker system in my house and hooked up very complicated equipment of mine already to my big screen and multiple speakers etc. I trust Chris working on my systems and my house to hide wiring, hang tv's etc and that says a lot as I am quite critical of workers for me.

It went great. The tv was mounted and all other equipment was put in a cabinet.

Trifecto's team is professional from start to finish. They are responsive to requests, on time to appointments, deliver estimates quickly and schedule work at the soonest availability. Once on the job they are punctual, thorough and neat. Trifecto also took the time after installation to walk us through any new systems we had installed. Chris, the owner, is also very quick to reply to emails and texts when we've had questions about things. We have used Trifecto several times over the past 5 years and will continue to do so. Additionally, we have referred them to many friends and family, all of whom have been very happy.

He's very professional and very nice. He is very efficient and he knows his work. You can tell he loves what he's doing. He's not pushy and he lets you decide what you want to do.

When we purchased this home 10 years ago, we purchased a high end flat screen tv and electronics package. The receiver, multi-cd player, dvd player, cable box, etc. were installed in a removed cabinet requiring an infrared universal remote. Surround sound ceiling speakers were also installed. The company from which we bought the system went bankrupt soon thereafter. The wiring and connections are too complicated for me to maintain. The individuals now comprising Trifecto were then the retailer's in-house installers. As technology changed and we upgraded components, we have called on Trifecto repeatedly to make the alterations. When Xfinity changed its service and 'boxes' it turned out to be a more complicated installation than I could perform personally and I called in Trifecto. Only upon physical examination of the new box did Trifecto discover it was not compatible with our existing system and I had to secure an alternative 'box.' Upon doing so, I called Trifecto back in and who's technician made all the connections and reprogrammed our universal remote in a timely fashion. Only days later, a beverage was spilled on the remote requiring its replacement and programing of the new unit. I would not hesitate to call Trifecto back in to perform further work. In fact, I recommended them to my son for whom they prewired his new home for the a/v system he intended to install upon moving in. My only criticism is that assumptions were made by both ourselves and the technician over the integration of the remote and the new Xfinity system which required the technician to subsequent return. Further, the technician's scheduling commitments re. the reprograming of the replacement remote were not followed, I suspect because we were a 'fit in' call, thereby creating a stereotypical 'wait for the repairman' situation for us .Better communication was in order.

Had scheduled Comcast and Trifecto Audio Video to come over as I was getting upgraded to X1. Of course needed to get some TV's upgraded as when it was initially reviewed by cable no issues were brought to my attention. Trifecto was coming over later that day and I was in contact with them throughout the day and was able to get a TV brought over and installed that same day. Because of some other issues I needed to upgrade another TV so they were able to get the TV and installed a couple days later. The TV's are perfect and could not have asked for a quicker response. I have had nothing but positive and professional service from them!n I would highly recommend them for your stereo needs!

Everything was great all wires and boxes hidden!

This was a total living room renovation project. They made 3 visits in total; one to give an estimate, one before construction to set everything up and one after everything was complete to finish. Everything works perfectly and they made sure it was to our satisfaction

Chris Brenner is a fine technician and true professional. He has wired my entire home including family room, home theater, Fitness room and bar. His work has kept my system updated and in maximum utility. Chris recently corrected a software issue regarding my movie carousel and also updated my system. I trust Chris completely, I have worked with him and team for over ten years. He has made a number of enhancements to our home theater and dramatically improved our viewing experience. I often ask Chris for his opinion and trust his judgement on upgrades. i would highly recommend Chris and Trifecto to anyone who wants a first class home theater and entertainment experience.

Trifecto has done a number of projects for me over the years--some small, some large. Their work has always been superior; done in a timely way and accurately. When I moved to a new apartment last year, they took over moving and reinstalling everything electronic and did so very well. They are also neat about their work. They respond to emails very quickly and give fast and friendly service. All in all a first rate company that I would always use.
