Was referred to Trifecto by the contractor that was building an entire new patio for our new home. The moment I met the professional that I'd spend the next few weeks working with (Chris B), I knew it was going to be one of the best decisions of the product. Chris was extremely professional, punctual, followed through on his promises (even if mentioned ever so briefly), courteous and most importantly, focused on providing me the best product/service at a price that made sense. While I have a brand new outdoor space to enjoy all year round, the system that Trifecto installed takes the experience to a whole new level. Any questions I had along the way I'd send Chris B a text and he would respond in a matter of minutes. Felt bad that he was even doing so while on vacation with his family for a couple days in Wisconsin. If Chris is representative of what it's like to work with Trifecto you really can't go wrong!

This is the second time we've used Trifecto and they are always professional and responsive. Services and products are high end quality. They are very knowledgeable about current technology and trends. Prices are competitive with big box stores, but the quality of the service is far superior.

Absolutely fantastic! Chris responded within hours of my original call. I had a proposal by end of day. As soon as I gave him the go ahead he got the equipment and did the install. Quality of work was phenomenal. New system works perfectly. What was most impressive was that Chris reused the major components of the old system rather than try to push to replace everything. Chris @ Trifecto always comes through...he does what he says he's going to do. We have been working with and relying on Chris for several years. Whether it be installing new flat screen TVs, integrating whole house sound systems or programming Universal remote controls, we count on Chris to do the job right and in a timely manner. He has even gone above and beyond from time to time when the occasion arose. A couple of years ago we were having house guests for the holidays and something went wrong with our TV's and remotes system. We called Chris midday hoping he could help out with the impending crisis in our home. Chris already having a full schedule said he would come out that evening and see what he could do to take care of our dilemma. After finishing his scheduled work that day he showed up about 7:30 pm and spent time reprogramming the TVs and the remote systems until it was working perfectly. Everything was done perfectly and on time. They helped me decide what equipment I needed to optimize my home theatre setup and installed everything as promised. All televisions and audio equipment I have purchased was the same price or cheaper than what I could find at Best Buy and ABT. The guys are super knowledgeable about all of the audio/visual equipment as well. Overall I have been extremely impressed by Trifecto and will continue to hire them and recommend them to friends and family in the future.

Chris Brenner and his team are fantastic. They were crisp, clean and committed from the beginning until the end. excellent! They did an amazing job installing my new TV and reinstalling an older TV. All wires were hidden and the areas were left incredibly clean.

I can't recommend him enough. He has set up, and serviced, our integrated home entertainment systems in 2 homes, from pre-wiring to upgrades of existing equipment. I trust him completely with his recommendations of all TVs, components, routers, back-ups, etc. We discuss how much we we want to spend, and he buys everything at really good prices, thus eliminating the need to shop myself. He really knows his stuff, and is up on all the latest gear. His installations and follow-up service give me a lot of confidence that we are in good hands. And, very importantly, he and his team are very pleasant to work with, always value added!
