Trifecto Audio Video

Moving is always stressful, but I have to say Trifecto (and particularly Chris) made my recent move much less stressful. Trifecto did the entertainment system throughout my new house - TVs, SONOS speakers, the works, and then helped me resolve a security issue with my video surveillance system. One stop shopping for A++ work. The whole process was seamless -- from the initial consultation, to the install, to teaching me how to use the system and the apps. (They even matched a competitive price from ABT!). Overall, it was a great experience and totally worth the money. My friends are jealous and I have found a vendor I will use for many years to come. Don't go to Best Buy or try to figure it out yourselves -- hire these guys and know that the products will be top of the line and the service top notch.

Christopher was easy to work with. He provided a range of options to accomplish our goal of integrating our house-wide A/V systems. The work they did was very neat and tidy. It was good value, considering that A/V equipment can be pricey. When we had a couple of small bugs, Christopher was able to come out and put things right. I would definitely consult Trifecta again with any A/V needs we have.

I've used their services for about 10 years. They've installed all sorts of equipment for me. They're very efficient, do what they say they will in a timely fashion and are very helpful in advising. They're very friendly people as well. I live in a high rise apartment and they've had to deal with a lot of hassle and they've been excellent.

This was one of the better systems installations we have experienced throughout all of our existing locations. We submitted plans which were followed exactly as laid out. We had two minor adjustment requests after the installation which were taken care of immediately. Very professional and we would work with them again.

It went perfectly. This is a flawless installation. If you want an easy transition from one TV to another, TV's mounted to the wall without any sight of cords, and a completely finished install (so that you understand your remote), Trifecto is your company. They do exactly what you would do if you could!

exceptionally well! Chris and his team were professional, prompt, pleasant AND patient while we decided which size TV to purchase and where to put it! They worked with us, laid out options and when we changed our mind again (!) they came out, resolved our design issue, gave a tutorial on how to operate our new devices and left with all the packing materials and garbage in tow. Five years later everything is still in working order and we use all components on a daily basis. We had some issues with our front door camera initially, but it was due to a lemon from the manufacturer. Chris made sure to come out and change it out at no cost to us. Chris has always been extremely responsive to any questions, big and small and very price competitive. Again, we would highly recommend Chris and his team.

Chris was awewome! Very professional, high quality set up, including even advanced programming of universal remote. I was very impressed. Even called him a few years later to make some adjustments, and he responded right away. I would highly recommend Chirs for any audio/video setup!

Trifecta Audio was able to quickly identify the issues with our existing setup, and proposed a simpler and more manageable solution. Chris was able to work with the existing system, and replace a few key items that could offer more practical solutions. It has been a few weeks now, and all of previous systemic problems have been eliminated. The new setup Trifecta put in place is far more practical, and user-friendly.

The product and service were great. Chris worked within our budget , giving us a couple options. He did a great job explaining how to use the system and offered to follow up on any questions that are sure to come up once we are actually using it. The team was prompt, very professional and neat.

Chris and team are excellent! Rewiring my 5-floor 1980’s built condo for full AV/Ethernet in all rooms was no easy task and Trifecto did a great job. It is amazing how they can wire floor to floor within the walls to install everything with minimal holes. The highlight is a media room with one main large TV and 2 smaller side TV’s for sports… This setup was a hard sell to my wife… but even she admits that it looks great! They are professional, nice, punctual, fairly priced, and we are very pleased with the final product. We will definitely use Trifecto again and will recommend to friends.
