From Start to Finish the project went great. Got advise on component selection. they did a great job --

They pre-wired my home while it was being built which is why i chose them and I was not disappointed. Since I was having Direct Tv install a dish, they recommended that I try to have them come at the same time so they could make sure Direct Tv did things properly. Direct Tv installers are apparently awful which I soon found out. So after a few days of this Direct Tv guy trying to install the dish in places that only a moron would choose, the Trifecto guys just took over that job too and barely charged me for it. I would have had the dish mounted to the boards in the middle of my rooftop deck if they didn't intervene, no joke! As for the plasma mounts, most places will tell you that a 56" can't be mounted on swivel brackets, but Trifecto had no trouble. The tv can be pulled way out into the middle of the room with no problems. I dont even know how they anchored it but its so solid I can hang on the brackets and they are very sturdy. When the work was finished they left the house spotless. All the places where they had to cut into the drywall were seamless, very professional. Regarding cost, it doesn't seem like they try to make money off of the equipment. They definitely guided me towards buying some components that were cheaper because it wouldnt matter, whereas they advised me it would be worth the upgrade on other components. It really seemed like they werent trying to sell equipment, but just wanted to get the best system that would fit my needs at a a good price. They were pricing everything exactly the same as the big box stores. The only way I could have gotten the same stuff cheaper would be one of those shady online retailers. Trifecto even said that if I wanted to go that route they would be happy to install the equipment that I ordered. The labor wasnt cheap, but it wasnt outrageous at all either. To put another way, there are definitely cheaper ways to get a home audio system installed, especially if you live in an older home and arent too concerned with aesthetics. But if you want the best, then I would have to say they are worth the price. Plenty of home theater companies will charge more for the same level of service.

Trifecto is, by far, the best company we have brought in to do work on our home. They are extremely collaborative and work to understand needs, make recommendations based on their extensive experience and fine tune solutions to insure that the end result far surpasses expectations. We have had several instances where they have identified possible issues with the system as it was being installed that, up to that time, were undetectable in our testing. They proactively identified these issues and made the enhancements and improvements without us getting to the point where we experienced the issue first and then had to bring it to their attention. We selected Trifecto after meeting with and receiving proposals from seven companies. Our selection was based on our perception of the completeness of their solution, ability to work with the key players and their team, their willingness to make solution modifications to accommodate our budget and our belief that they had the technical expertise and experience to make this solution work, as it was replacing a horribly inadequate system that had been installed several years ago when the house was first constructed. The installation of the Control 4 system by Trifecto has, literally, changed our lives. For the first time, we feel like our home is truly livable, we are excited to entertain and we are confident that the system will grow with us and that, over the years, Trifecto will be around to help us improve and enhance it.

Trifecto was referred to me by a friend. From start to finish, I was very pleased with the professionalism and knowledge I encountered. Chad Arbogast was a delight to deal with and when it comes to audio/video, he certainly is a perfectionist. We love our system!
