I highly recommend Top to Bottom Construction as they exceeded my expectations with their swift and efficient completion of our new roof in just one day. We chose Appalachian Sky and it looks great, as well as all the additional installations, including gutters and a bathroom skylight. The workers' professionalism and friendliness added to the positive experience. The entire team, from start to finish, demonstrated excellence, making them our top choice for outstanding service and beautiful results.

WE CONTACTED THEM AS WE HAD STORM DAMAGED TO OUR ROOF, ETC. GARY REAGAN CAME OUT AND BASICALLY TOOK IT FROM THERE. HE COORDINATED WITH OUR INSURANCE COMPANY EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. HE WORKED WITH US ON PICKING SHINGLE COLORS AND GUTTERS AND WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE WORKERS WERE PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS AND THE ROOFING CREW WERE IN AND OUT IN ONE DAY. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

They called the insurance company right away, and they got the job done in less then a week. They did a very nice job, and I was very pleased with their services. I have recommended them to four other people because they did such a wonderful job.

They did a great job. They were in and out, and did a great clean up job also.

While the representative was courteous and punctual, the representative pressured me into signing an agreement in which he said it would just allow him to be on my property to meet with the claims rep. However, he failed to disclose the terms and conditions that I later discovered on the back of the carbon copy. When asking for references, no phone numbers were provided. He encouraged me to call my village to inquire about their reputation. When I did, as I had suspected, the village stated that they are not allowed to endorse or not endorse any contractor, and they said that he should have known that. The representative also placed a sign on my property without my permission (it would have been granted had he simply asked). Then, when the claims rep. arrived I had inquired if they had worked with this company before. The claims rep. stated in very general terms that the company came up in a recent meeting and it wasn't positive. In this case, a collection of relatively minor concerns soured the relationship and the agreement was subsequently canceled.

Job was preformed under an insurance claim. Work was done well and completed on schedule. Only problem I have is they were to come back and clean up the yard once the snow melted, but they never followed up on that.
