Description of Work: Hired to replace shed slab, front sidewalk and resurface front step. Only did first two and said it was too cold to resurface step. Understandable but I had to ask after I received the bill for all services. Wouldn't listen to want I wanted. I wanted a new step on front wall to compensate for ground sinking and he said a ramp would be nice. I said no to ramp but after the frame was built I asked where the step would be and he said the ramp would be better. Only after I rejected that and insisted on a step did he build the frame for a step. Also was not familiar with building code and the inspector did not approve on first inspection and he had to come out and add reinforcements. Worst, the shed pad was above ground so when the frame was removed the gravel started falling out so he told me to throw some dirt around it to keep the gravel in. I had to pay someone else to fix that problem. Overall a terrible experience.

Description of Work: Through TMW website scheduled an appointment for driveway work estimate 1 week ahead for Tuesday September 22 at 3:30 PM. On Monday 21st at 9 PM I've got an e-mail that my appointment was declined since company is already completely booked for 2015, but arrangements for Tuesday were already made by me. As I understand 1 week ago when I was making an appointment all that information was already known, so I rated them F for Responsiveness and Professionalism.

Description of Work: They gave us a new front walkway and patio. They were professional, on time, and took their time in explaining every aspect of what they were going to do. Cleaned up and it looks great.

Description of Work: We have met Tyrone Ward last fall to start the replacement of the replacement of our sidewalk and the removal of stone in front of our front garden. The worked is to be started in May 2015. At this point we are very happy with how things have proceeded.

Description of Work: Called for estimate. Had to leave message. Received a return call with an automated response, but never received any follow up call. Called again and same issue. Using technology is great, but not following through with personal contact is not the way to run a business.

Description of Work: My neighbor recommended them for our stamped Patio, Driveway, sidewalks, and stoop. Tyrone blew off our first appointment, calling 3 hours after he was scheduled. Then he blew off the second meeting. Then he makes a rambling call saying how busy he is and maybe I can call him after the holidays. What?? I can certainly find another contractor for my $18,000 project. Stay away from TMW, like the plague.

Description of Work: I contacted TMW to clean and seal a stamped concrete driveway installed by different contractor. Mr. Ward came to thehouse in a driving rain last November to examine driveway and suggest a course of action. I had some issues with theoriginal installer about the surface wear and color fading. Mr. Ward spent an hour examining the surface, measuring thedriveway and giving me a crash course in concrete driveway installation. He said we had to wait until next Spring whenthe temperatures would allow the work to be completed. He could just as easily had done the work then to guarantee the job so I wouldn't go with another contractor. He came to the house in person both to power wash the driveway and then to apply 2 coats of sealant. Again, he spent time to explain what was being done and how to maintain it in the future. Mr Ward is the real deal. An old school professional who does exactly what he promises. Will use his services again.

Description of Work: Tyrone made a considerable effort to visit our home to make an assessment in order to provide an estimate to repair our concrete front steps. He called ahead of time to say he was going to be late. He was very knowledgeable about concrete and the various ways to handle repairs. In this regard his expertise was far superior to the other 4 firms who we asked for proposals. Ultimately, it was for this reason we selected him. Upon selecting him we had to track him down on several occasions to arrange a time to do the work. He did not return phone calls on a timely basis and this was repeatedly a problem for a couple of weeks. We were frustrated not getting a time to complete the project but were confident that once the work was done we would be happy with the outcome. My sense was that our project was minor in the scheme of his present business and his crew was stretched doing other, more elaborate jobs. Once he found a mutually agreeable time to fit us in the workmanship was excellent.
