We had some work done in the basement and the dust came though the vents and the entire how was thick with dust. Squeaky Clean by Shelly Bean arrived promptly and did an excellent job!! The entire experience was pleasant; from the initial conversation, scheduling (which they worked within my schedule to make it happen timely), to the service itself, everything was good. I was initially skeptical because the ladies were efficient with time so i thought they were cutting corners or missing things but they were not. Everything was clean to my strict standards and done in great time! I highly recommend the service and plan to schedule regular cleanings for my home.

They were on time and did a very good job in cleaning the entire house considering the fact that it's a move-in. When I pointed out some areas that they missed, the crew gladly cleaned them. I'm very happy with the way they did the job.

I was not home when the service was performed but was able to walk into a clean looking and smelling home. I have hired and fired services before for leaving the doors unlocked, leaving dogs outside and leaving the oven on so I'm always wary of a new service. With Squeaky Clean, I scoured the house to see if they performed the duties they were hired for and whether they cleaned well. The only thing I found to complain about was they left the blinds open - not a big deal. The day after the cleaning, Todd called to find out how things went. We went over the cleaning & made a few adjustments. Todd is extremely responsive, returning messages within the hour and is willing to work with you to give you exactly what you want. The crew did such a nice job, I will be using them for regular cleanings. The price is higher than what I've paid in the past but comparable to other services I've looked at recently so, really no complaints there.

It went very well. They came exactly when they said and the two cleaners were very nice. They spent 2 1/2 hours cleaning and they did a wonderful job. I have tried many cleaners before and some were ok but none were as good as these. I highly recommend them. I will have them back again

I'm really happy with this cleaning service. I don't think I'm overly picky -- I just want a professional cleaning service to do a thorough job on basic cleaning: dusting, floors, bathrooms, kitchens, etc. I have worked with two other services and found quality to be spotty, and professionalism kinda low from the office team. Not the case with Squeaky Clean. Tod is a real professional, running a quality small business. He returns calls promptly, prices jobs fairly and follows up when appropriate. The crew he sent did a great job and our home looks beautiful. They were thorough and detailed, beyond what I even expected. I look forward to a long partnership with Squeaky Clean.

It worked out fine. They had good reviews and a reasonable price. My interaction with them was fine. The cleaning turned out fine.

I wanted a thorough move-out Cleaning done in at my rental property and I discussed exactly what I needed to focus on and told Tod, the owner, of the areas that needed to be cleaned. They were supposed to clean the whole house but ended up doing only did the bathroom and kitchen for 8 hrs of labor. The ladies did a really good job cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms , but one of the maids used a Heavy Duty Oven Cleaner to clean the grease off my Oak wood Cabinets which ended up removing some of the finish of three cabinets. When I asked the cleaning lady, why she used an oven cleaner on my wood cabinets, she told me that she uses this to get the grease off the cabinets. But the grease as well as the finish of 3 cabinets came off. Before they left, Theresa, the cleaning lady, did apologize for the damage that was done prior to leaving. After they left, I called the owner because of the finish being stripped away on 3 of my Oak cabinets. He claimed that they used "Magic Eraser" when I saw the lady using oven degreaser. He kept claiming that they only used "Magic Eraser" and also that it was the grease that stripped the finish away and not the work that they did. Why would the maid have apologized to me if she had used the correct product? He still refused to take responsibility for the damage or give a solution on how to change or repair the damaged cabinet doors. He suggested that I just by Old English from Home Depot and refinish the spot. He didnt take any responsibility for the damage and blamed my tenants who messed up the house prior to their cleaning. I showed him the before and after pics of the cabinets, and he still refused to give a proper solution. I spend $320 on the move-out cleaning and now I have to hire a painter for another $1000 to paint the cabinets inorder to rent the property again. Hire them if you want your place to be squeaky clean and you dont mind the damage to your cabinets. Not at all professional. If you are hiring this company, I recommend you give your cleaning products to them and instruct the cleaning ladies to use the right cleaning product on the right surface, as they have no clue. They use the cheapest $1.00 products to clean expensive furniture and Kitchen Cabinets.

Wow ... am I ever impressed with Squeaky Clean! Purchased the deal yesterday; spoke with Tod within 15 minutes and the time was set for the ladies to clean my home this morning. They arrived on time (actually, early, yeah!). After I showed them around, they got to work immediately. There was a whirlwind of activity, these women were in constant motion the hour they were here. They did a fabulous job cleaning my home, from top to bottom. My home is spotless and has a nice fresh clean scent. I am so thrilled with Squeaky Clean, have just signed up to have monthly service. I highly recommend Squeaky Clean!

They worked hard and fast. I believe there was a langage problem- they didn't do what I asked for or I didn't express myself properly.

The two women from Squeaky Clean did an outstanding job of cleaning every surface, every cabinet ( inside and out), toilets, sinks , windows, and all the appliances. They arrived promptly at the appointed time, and after asking me to show them around my house, immediately began the multitude of tasks I had requested. I was completely satisfied with the results and will highly recommend this agency to anyone who needs an exceptionally good and professional cleaning service.

I compared prices of a few cleaning services and Squeaky Clean was definitely one of the more reasonable ones out there. Todd came out to my house and we discussed all the details. Scheduling a cleaning was no problem at all and when the ladies came, they went straight to work. They were fast and efficient. They were very thorough and tidied up areas I didn't even ask them to. It did take a bit longer than expected...about 3 hours, but it was worth it! Later that day, Todd called to make sure we were happy with the service and if there was anything missed or could be improved! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great cleaning service with great customer service! Also love that they are a local, family-owned business!

One of the main things that impressed us was the professionalism and responsiveness of everyone we interacted with at Squeaky Clean. Their ability to work with us to tailor a schedule and price were also appreciated. We weren't home when our cleaning crew came, but we were delighted by the work they did. We had a follow-up call right away to be sure that we were satisfied with what had been done and to ask any questions. We really like that we are on a regular (every four weeks) schedule and that we could set up for autopay, as well as the convenience of their providing their own supplies. These features are important for us as busy professionals. They also have an incentive program whereby you receive discounts on third and fifth (I think ) months, so that's a nice bit of savings that we appreciate. Give Squeaky Clean a call ... you will be happy that you did!

Todd was able to fit us into their schedule for a move in cleaning despite a short notice. The ladies came on time and did an excellent job. We look forward to using them again in the near future!

I cannot say enough good things about Squeaky Clean by Shelly Bean. I hired this company to clean my former townhome in Wood Dale after moving out. Todd came to my house beforehand to evaluate what would be needed, and to provide an estimate. We agreed on a date and time for the cleaning to take place. A couple of days later, I asked if Todd could move that date up by one day. He was able to accommodate my last-minute request. Services included: cleaning hardwood floors, ceramic floors and vacuuming carpets; cleaning 2 full bathrooms and a powder room; cleaning the kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, stove); cleaning inside and outside of all cabinets. Lupe and Theresa arrived on time, and started right away. The cabinets and countertops in the bathroom and kitchen were wiped down inside and out. The floors were immaculate. Everything was cleaned thoroughly in the bathrooms (toilets, sinks, countertops, and bathtubs). The kitchen was completely cleaned inside and out (refrigerator, stove, microwave);they even cleaned the oven and made it look brand new! They brought their own cleaning supplies, mops, brooms, vacuum cleaners rags, etc., which I really appreciated since I had already moved out and left nothing at the old house. Todd was excellent at keeping in touch with me, confirming both the estimate and actual cleaning appointment, and being flexible in scheduling and re-scheduling. Their work was top-notch, and they met all of their commitments.

I called this company because they were in my neighborhood. Spoke with Todd and felt comfortable with having them come to my house. They were willing to work around my schedule as I was having carpeting installed that day also. Anna and Angie showed up on time and were very pleasant. I told them exactly what I wanted done when they arrived. If they had any questions they asked. I was very pleased with the way my wood floors looked and my bathrooms were sparkly clean. I was told Angie cleaned my glass shower doors twice - they looked great! I feel I got my moneys worth and will have them back again. This company did not know I was an Angies List customer. I was very happy to wake up to a clean house!

I originally planned for twice a month. The 'First Clean' was 145.00,(2 hours) which I thought was high, then after 125.00 which I still thought was mid-high range. That 'First Clean', 2 gals, took their time, made a great ' lst' impression, I didn't have them clean in 3 bedrooms and an office, so I believe that they used that time to their advantage and things looked great. First 'scheduled' clean, 2 gals, went quickly. I used a discount coupon provided by the company. What I thought should be a 2 hr. clean was 45 minits shy, Squeaky Clean explained that they aren't scheduled for 2 hrs. It's at their pace which can be quick. Second clean, 2 gals, very late for the scheduled time, went quickly, I needed to clean a few things not touched. Called Squeaky Clean, well, they had a job etc..... well, I would have expected a phone call, OKay because 'you are so aggravated' they tried to make it right with a 10.00 credit. With the 125.00 fee my husband and I requested every 3 weeks, Squeaky Clean could not provide, so we moved to 1 x month. Third clean, 2 gals, okay, not outstanding. Fourth clean, the end of this month, I will be able to use another discount provided. This will probably be my last clean with S.C. A couple of notes: I pick up my house to the nth before the gals come. Usually I place things on the dining room table, but they are not expected to touch the table. (that's my mess) I didn't have them clean 2-3 out of four bedrooms and an office. I am not 'picky' or a 'stickler', I can be very easy going, I just wanted to find a company that I could feel comfortable enough to have them come on a regular schedule and feel like I wasn't overlooked or overcharged.

One person arrived at the scheduled time and explained that the rest of the crew was delayed. The first person started right in dusting blinds. When the other two arrived, they got right to work. One tackled the kitchen and the other the bathrooms. They were pleasant and hard working. It was a benefit to me that they all spoke very good English.
