I scheduled an appointment for 9 am in the morning, the evening the company called to reschedule on which I agreed and we re-book for the same day at 2pm. I called around 3pm to see where the company had got to but they didn't answer the company then called back at 3:20 and told me they were on their way. Being over an hour and 30 minutes late I consider this to be not very good customer and at which point I cancelled the appointment. I was disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism. *Update* The owner called and apologized for lack of communication and made up for it.

We were listing our house for sale. I called Todd on a Saturday; he returned my phone call even though it was not regular business hours. He arranged for a team to arrive on Monday to clean the house. He listened to me and knew that I needed the house cleaned quickly. Originally he was going to send a team of 2 but he knew that I had to leave town and arranged for a team of 4 to clean. Todd was extremely accommodating. That was great because the entire cleaning took a total of 14 man hours. His communication was awesome. He called me on Monday morning to let me know what time the crew would arrive. The crew worked really hard and the house was spotless! Even though he is a little more money than other services, his level of accommodation is outstanding!

The company was very responsive, finding a time slot for me on short notice to perform their services. They let me know when they were on their way so I could make sure I was at the property to let them in. When Maria and Marissa arrived, they asked me what I was looking for specifically. I'd selected the company because I needed the inside of my appliances cleaned prior to moving, especially my oven, which had filled my condo with smoke during my home inspection. I told them to lock up on their way out. When I returned, the door was locked per my request, and I could tell they'd been there because the condo smelled clean. On closer inspection, they had definitely listened to my instructions about the appliances and cabinets. I'm very glad I picked them, and would absolutely use them again in the future!

From the first contact Todd was great to work with, he took the time to listen to what I wanted and explained all the services completely. Very pleasant and accommodating to work with even when I had to reschedule the first appointment. The day prior to the services being performed the weather report was not good and in speaking with Todd he said if it was too bad out for me to get to the condo just give him a call in the morning and we could reschedule. I didn't have to reschedule and the crew was there right on time. They cleaned the condo from top to bottom, including interior of all cabinets, windows, window tracks and spot cleaned marks on painted walls. They did a fantastic job and I couldn't have been more pleased. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again!

They were good. It was good that they had a man with them. They had to call him. I had skylights. I didn't want to get a ladder and go up to the skylights and clean them. I had told them and they said there was going to be no problem but one of the ladies didn't want to do it. If I were able, I always did it. It was not a matter of taking a ladder and putting it up there. I understand that. Some people just don't want to do those things. They called a gentleman to clean the skylights. It was okay. I would probably use them again. The price was good. I have other people and they are all in that same category. The quality of work was fine. Their responsiveness was alright. They were a little late. Their professionalism was fine. They're normal people to me. They were nice people.

The service called the day prior to confirm, and the two ladies showed up right on time the day of service. They did a thorough and efficient job, didn?t miss anything, and were out the door in three hours with everything sparkling. Great job.

The team was great - both cleaners were responsive, asked questions, kept on task and did terrific work. I enjoyed both of them and wish I hadn't moved or I would have them clean all the time.

It was fine. I ended up paying $100 extra but they still have other things left undone. It was a clean house so it worked out well.

We used Squeaky Clean by Shelly Bean for our move-out cleaning. They did exactly what I wanted done and the work was excellent. We wanted to leave the house in excellent condition for the new owners and they helped us do that. If I was still in the area I would contract them to perform my regular cleaning, too.

Two polite and professional ladies showed up. They both spoke english without any issues and knew what to do without much direction from me. They did a good job cleaning. Tod was polite and responsive from the beginning to end. He's pleasant to deal with.

Tod was very responsive and set up a time to have the cleaners at our townhouse that we just moved out of. The crew of two met me at the house and were very quick and did a great job. They cleaned the bathrooms, kitchen and washed the interior windows.

This was an excellent experience from start to finish! I had contacted Squeaky Clean to set up a cleaning date for the day of my closing. I talked with Shelly Bean about scheduling a somewhat flexible time because closings vary in length but I really needed the move in cleaning to be done on that day. She was extremely helpful and accommodating. The day before the service was scheduled to take place, Todd Bean called to firm up plans. The time was still flexible and we agreed that the cleaners would call when they were on their way to my home, which they did. Upon arrival, they walked through the house to get directions on what I needed to have done and immediately went to work. I left my house for a short time and received a call that they were almost finished with the cleaning. I returned quickly and found them washing the front door window. They didn't waste one minute of time and the house looked great! I will definitely be calling them soon to schedule another cleaning! Don't hesitate to use this service!

after they arrivedIt went well except for an issue on how to turn off a bathtub faucet which i had to be called for and they didn't turn on the self cleaning oven until they were almost ready to leave 3hrs

Excellent service, I think I would have had to work twice as long to get the results Tod got. He called to confirm in advance, was punctual and did a great job. Totally worth it!

From the initial call Squeeky Clean went above and beyond to accommodate my special requests. The team of two women arrived promptly. We walked through the house with my list, they easily understood my directions, asking questions when clarification was needed. Their attitude was pleasant and professional. They worked efficiently to accomplish the tasks. I am amazed at what a difference their expertise made.

I was very impressed with the service! The Squeaky Clean ladies called me 30 minutes prior to their arrival, as they said they would, and they arrived on time. First, they asked to see the house and to have me show them what I wanted done. Then they got right to cleaning. My house is so clean now, and it smells great! They really did a very good job!

Todd is very professional, he proactively called to scheduled a date and confirmed his appointment. On the day of the service when one of his workers was out due to a sick child he reorganized his team and called to make sure that a team of 3 people would work for my schedule. When his team needed 15 extra minutes to finish up he called and let me know that he would finish without additional charge. Highly professional companies are hard to come by and I would definitely reuse them in the future.

The 2 ladies that came were super efficient floors, dusted baseboards and blinds. They worked quietly and never stopped moving. The house smelled and looked so clean! I would highly recommend them. They were very reasonable priced for the work performed .

Everything went really well. Todd called and was very accommodating with the time/scheduling. Everything went well. I would definitely use them again.

The two ladies were prompt and courteous. I let them know what I needed done. They asked questions if they weren't sure unsure whether to clean this or that, they asked. The only thing that concerned me is when I walked through the house, there were obvious areas that weren't clean. They move the bottle of shampoo & conditioner to clean that part of the tub, I leave the door on my HE washer open, they cleaned the outside, but the drawer to put the detergent/softener was in eyesight and the front of the drawer wasn't cleaned they overlooked the plastic shade on the dining room light fixture and they didn't clean the dishwasher door and door top. They were responsive and cleaned the items when I pointed them out. I just feel that they should've known to do those things. Overall I'm happy, but I've a couple of cleaning services in the past that cleaned in areas I never thought of and when you saw the finished project it was awesome. Perhaps they were new. The owner of the company, Todd was great to deal with and really cares about his customers.

It went well and the ladies were punctual, polite and easy to talk to. They did a good job getting the unit ready for the next tenant and ridding it of all the dirt and pet hair. There was a small issue that Todd was proactive on communicating to me which was much appreciated. He even provided me with extra documentation since this was for a rental.

The service provide were great. They were on time and very thorough. My house looked good and smelled very clean. The girls did a great job.
