It was a great experience working with Igor. Unlike many contractors that consider a job as just a transaction, it was apparent that Igor was personally invested in our satisfaction and took great pride in his work. Of course the work quality was excellent and the pricing was very reasonable, but it was the customer service, politeness, and genuine concern that really stood out. He even made a second long drive from Mt. Prospect to address a very small area that I had forgotten to include in the original scope. Most contractors would never have made that second trip for such a small addition, especially on a Saturday. Highly recommend!

Had hardwood done first. They did such a nice job I called back to have carpet done. Excellent job on both.

The process appeared to be going on par until there was issue with the installation of the sub floor and the planks that presented a few days after installation. Igor installed sub floor and leveling compound to floor so he could install vinyl planks for warranty purposes. He came out on 2 separate occasions to try to correct the improper installation of the sub flooring and the vinyl planks which are/were very bending when stepped on. The sub floor issue caused by the contractor was it was not leveled with the existing floor and was showing the corners through the planks. The issue appeared to be fixed until further foot traffic. Igor became very difficult to contact and was a no call no show for his final attempt at trying to fix the issues. The current condition of the floor is terrible cupping of the vinyl planks, leveling compound is lumpy when stepped on and some of the planks bend when stepped on. And, it took me a month to get estimate quote and receipt after calling several times and threatening legal actions. Once I received the receipt it showed the wrong warranty information from the Angie's list deal I redeemed. I have included a photo of the cupping. I am currently requesting Distributor information for the Tarkett Vinyl planking product from Igor.

Igor was very responsive, explained everything clearly, and was quick to provide an estimate. His price was the best of 4 estimates. The installation was very smooth. Despite being a snowy, wet day outside, I came home to a clean house and a nice new floor. Igor also followed up immediately after to make sure everything was to my liking and offered to come out immediately if I were to notice anything I needed fixed. It appears that won't be needed as the floor looks great.

Thanks to Igor and his team now we have a new kitchen design, the floor was repaired and a new one was installed. The price was affordable for our budget so we decided to choose this company for the work. I would recommend them to my friends!

It went ok. There was a problem and took over an hour to rectify. Main problem was contacting someone through Empire Today.

Quality of work is excellent. Job took a little longer than I was told but it looks beautiful.

Flooring installed and old carpet removed and new carpet installed within 8 hours. furniture removed and replaced.

Igor and Dennis were great. They worked quickly and everything looked great when they were finished. They answered all of my questions and were prompt and polite.

Igor and his partner were fast and efficient.They cleaned up after the installation was done.I was amazed at how fast the job was done and how beautiful the flooring looked.The even came later in the day which I appreciate because I work early so I was able to be there when the installation was being done.

Great team to work with. Everything went pretty smooth and fast. We got new vinyl tiles in the kitchen, bathroom and laundy. Igor came with a lot of sameples and explained what works best and why. A few days later we had new floors!!

All I have to say is WOW. From start to finish Igor conducted himself as a true professional, and his work...well, it was amazing. He took my floors from looking old and and damaged, to looking like new. The best part, there was no mess. A true dustless system. I would defiantly use him again!!!!!

Our installer Igor was very precise and professional. He asked for my preference on a few details and followed through. He worked quickly and efficiently. If we ever need any flooring installed in the future, we will contact Igor to do the work.

The work performed was of high quality and the installer was very nice and allowed me to view everything and ask questions. These guys hustled, once they were here. They also helped to move some furniture I was unable to move, and they were careful while doing so. I am very happy with the final product. The only complaint I have is with the time this took and the inability to stay on schedule. I was originally told 12-2pm, then was contacted by Empire just before 2 pm and told they would not arrive until 3:30 pm. Then the installer called around 4 pm and told me it would be another hour, finally arriving around 5:30 pm...Empire needs to get it together on their estimated times because people take off work in order to be home ALL DAY for this. Installation was completed around 9:30 pm...

Awesome job by Igor and his team , done on time with high professionalism. They cleaned afterwards and recommended me couple other things that needs to be done. The floor looks amazing , i will definitely hire them again and recommend them to my neighbors!!!!!

We purchased the flooring deal. Great deal, the floor looks great. Igor was very easy to work with. He came out to look at the bathroom soon after I contacted him. Scheduled the work a couple days later. Communicated very well throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend and if I ever need flooring done, will gladly call him.
