Great team.We are loving our new floor. They were very professional and had a lot of patience as working in our building is a pain for everyone. They took care of everything...moving furniture, preping and cleaning the floor afterwards. Great value for price. Was nice to work with them and will definitely contact in the future.

Igor and his team did a great job at our house.We received a free estimate and he was very helpful to explain the differences between various hardwood products and pick the right one. They came the same week and did the installation. We didn't have to worry about moving any furniture, or cleaning afterwards they did it all. Everything was done very professional and it was a pleasure working with Igor. I recommended this company already to some friends.

Assessed the repairs, removed the old product, and showed me how he would repair before beginning, assuring me he would clean up everything. This repair was one of the best I have had, and I would highly recommend his service. Igor was my repairman, and he truly knew his trade and left everything as promised, secure and clean.

Their work was performed with the upmost respect. Their installation method was textbook to the point. They were equipped with all necessary tools, did not rush the job, and their work area was neat, a walk thru of the area was conducted before and afterwards.

They are very nice and explained everything as they went along. If they had any question, they would ask what our preference was before they proceeded. They were very kind and their work was wonderful. Beautiful flooring they put in. Very professional and I felt very comfortable with them. They cleaned up after the installation. Just can't say enough about the. I will recommend them to all me friends and family!!!!!

We had our floor replaced from carpet/title/vinyl to hardwood by Igor and his team (Simple Flooring). We have been very much impressed by their professionalism with positive attitude/diligence/creatives. The hardwood floor came out beautifully. First we were impressed by his out front openness and honesty. He went beyond verifying our choice of product. He made a point to open up a box of flooring materials that we chose and lay them out as it would be installed and showed us how it would appear. Right there and then we knew that not what we would like. The larger area of display from a box showed quite different than our choice from the small sample during the sales presentation. Igor let us see the problem by ourselves and allowed us to ask questions and answer technical/installation issues. To the end, we choose a totally different materials as well as different installation process. It would be a disaster, if Igor did not take that extra steps to let us discover what we did not see during our choice process. We were so delighted and thankful. During the installation, Igor would discuss with us on many details and asked our feedback frequently. Once we did not like the outcome, he would go ahead and redo it over. Cases and points, problems from un-even flooring, curving wall, matching the coloring of the hardwood, covering the cabling through the floor, etc. Igor has been very creative and willing to try different ways for the best results with positive attitude. We are very much appreciated. Every night when they done with the day, not matter how late, they would clean the floor before their departure. Some days, they left around midnight. Before that they would ask our permission for working late. We strongly recommend Igor and his team (Vadim, George, etc.) of their professionalism, honesty, positive attitude, diligence as well as creativities with beautiful results. Thank you all!! Geoffrey

After I got an estimate and had the chance to talk to Igor, we set up a day for the actual work to be done. They came in early in the morning, moved all the furniture and did some preps so I didn't have to worry about any of that which was awesome. They removed my old carpet that I had in the 2 bedrooms and living area. There was an extra layer of plywood installed then they installed a pre finished hardwood that I picked from the samples. All this was done in one day and at a very good quality. I was very impressed with their work and communication. Thinking now of to renovate my kitchen floors! Will definitely recommend this company to others.
