Servpro was great. Not only did they check the water damage and stretch the carpet after it was dry, but since Servpro does not do roofing, they called and arranged to have Inovative Home Concepts of Crystal Lake come at the same time to determine why and how the flooding happened and how to correct it. Servpro did all my work for me! Found a company they trusted to do what they couldn’t, both companies worked together and both checked with me to be sure that what they and the other did was to my satisfaction! Not only that, but both companies called after subsequent downpours and area flooding to be sure I had no further problems. I could not have been more pleased with either company. I have recommended Servpro to friends who were equally pleased. FYI Aspen never did call back!
Description of Work: 3 season room flooded as a result of misplaced downspout and gutter pitch from roofing and residing done by Aspen who came back, looked at the problem, said he would talk to his boss, and I never heard from them again.

Very well. Mary Helen at the office was extremely helpful in securing an independent professional for the testing. The team that did the remediation was led by Ben who was prompt, professional, very knowledgeable and personable. I would definitely use them again!
Description of Work: mold remediation including removal of affected drywall, carpet/pad, trim, doors, etc.

We will never know if they would have done a good job as they never followed through with a proposal and and estimate. We called and used a different provider.
Description of Work: Called Servpro after we had a seepage incident in the bsement. Mary Helan and Eva responded promptly, came to the house, took detailed measurements, asked lots of questions and said they would provide a quote. We never heard from them again.

+ -1 moreBILL WAS PROMPT IN RETURNING CALLS AND COMING OUT FOR A QUOTE. HE AND HIS CREW SHOWED UP ON TIME AND COMPLETED THE JOB AS ESTIMATED. I MADE A FEW CHANGES IN WHAT I WANTED DONE AFTER HE STARTED, AND HE ACCOMMODATED MY WISHES. HOME WAS LEFT QUITE CLEAN AND I WAS EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE WORK DONE.
Description of Work: REMOVED TRASH AND BROKEN PERSONAL ITEMS AND FURNITURE LEFT BEHIND BY FORMER TENANTS IN RENTAL UNIT. REMOVED SOILED CARPETING AND BROKEN APPLIANCES AND HAULED AWAY. PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED WALLS, FLOORS, AND WOODWORK. LOOKED WONDERFUL WHEN THEY WERE THROUGH.
