Not only did they not perform all of the work they said they would do, but they worked very inefficiently. Most importantly, they left the kitchen in an UNSAFE condition. Until I said something, they were not going to clean out the refrigerator. They did not clean out a cabinet that had perishables, did not clean out the sink, left dishes with sitting water in there, did not clean out the dishwasher, which was filled with dirty dishes, and did not clean out the oven, which had PAPER in it and obviously could have caused a fire, as the gas to the oven is still operating. One man cleaned out contents, while the other man held the trash bag open. When we commented on their lack of efficiency, they were mad at us for doing so. We left a message for the owner to call us back about these issues and discuss a possible discount, and 3 weeks later, she has not called us. DO NOT USE SERVICEMASTER!
Description of Work: The work they were HIRED to perform was removal of insides of the kitchen, including everything in cabinets, on counters, inside oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, pantry, and sink. As well, the owner who gave me the estimate told me that by law they were required to clean the refrigerator out to make sure health code requirements were met.
