+ -1 moreThe tech was quick. The customer service for safestreets/security choice was uninformed and unhelpful when dealing with payment setup. They were not informative, just trying to hook you into the purchase. I know ADT is a good company. Safestreets, I wouldn't recommend.

+ -1 moreI've phoned two other companies who will come to my house, evaluate its needs, show me equipment, and give me a quote. This company wants to do a credit check and charge me money just to get someone out to the house. They send an installer right away. If I decide then, they say they'll reimburse me. Well, I don't pay for someone to come to my house to try to sell me something. That is a lousy way of doing business. I did not pay money, therefore, I did not set up an apoointment.
Description of Work: I only phoned to get information about their services. They would not even come to my house without me paying them money on the phone.

Description of Work: we hired secuity choice to install an adt security systemin my moyhers home when she came to live with us.They were on time,and didnt try to sell us things like other companies did. The eguipment was great and i would refer them to anyone.
