Description of Work: SAM SCIANNA was contracted to install a drain tile around my house, regrade the dirt and lay new sod. It was not done the way I asked, they did not perform a soil test and laid the new sod over 100% clay. As a result, the sod in my back yard died and the drain tile doesn't work. They promised to come back this spring and repair everything (it's now August). They will never work on my property again, and I am in the process of looking for a new landscaper.

I got a very rude answering service who demanded all my personal info and wouldn't tell me anything - if they were taking any new clients before winter, availability, ect. After 10 minutes, she finally says that I am within the area? She then says she can give me their phone number?? I call and get an old school answering machine. So it's not an answering service. It's some scam to get your personal info?? Don't bother calling.
