They were nice enough to replace a cabinet that had been messed up by another contractor without charging me. Was very professional.

The price for the quality of cabinets you get is really good. Everything was going fast until we decided to change one of the cabinets, which they did not have in stock. It took eight additional weeks to get those cabinets. However, this was due to a change in the layout of cabinets and Rockcounter only installs the cabinets, they do not manufacture them. So I absolutely do not view this as their fault. Some of the cabinets that were assembled on site (due to large number of cabinets that needed to be brought over) and after the assembly we noticed that a few were scratched or had minor damage. Rockcounter was excellent with replacing any cabinets that we pointed out and there were absolutely no issues with correcting everything. So the experience, while it was time consuming, was very good and we are very happy with the kitchen. We are also very glad that we paid for installation, because it takes some skills to visually align everything when the walls are not ideal (and they never are). We plan on using Rockcounter again when we update our bathrooms as we really like the style and quality of the cabinets for the price. We also ended up buying wood flooring from them as they had better prices for the same brand as our local hardware stores carried. So I would recommend checking with them if you plan to do wood flooring in your house. If you make a larger purchase, they are also very good about bringing the price down as much as possible, which is another plus.

The first part was good. They have good products and the staff is helpful. They do free measures and you can use that to shop around.

The sales person is very knowledgeable about the products they carry. She helped finalizing the kitchen design based on my sketch and made it exactly the way I wanted. The store crew installed the cabinets in one day and did a great job. The counter top person took measurements the same day and came back to install it 4 days later. The cabinets are good quality at great price: solid maple door and frame and plywood sides, no particle boards. Style and color selections are limited but worth checking out. If you find what you need, the quality and price combination is hard to find anywhere else.
