Everything went great. I love my new security system with the touch screen. I also love the remote control from my cell phone.

The technicians were great. They did not make a mess and patiently explained how to use the system. I would definitely recommend Procom. We are going to have them install an alarm at my mother-in-laws house since the neighborhood is changing.

Everything went great! Workers showed up on time and trained me on how to use the system and the app. Real professionals! I also recommended them to my employer for a business application. I understand they do cameras for large companies.

My sales person, Tony Stompanato was knowledgeable on the products and services I was Interested in. He promptly returned a quote to me outlining some options that we spoke about. The pricing was fair and the monitoring cost was a good price. After we came to an agreement, the installation was scheduled in about 1 week. They called the day before as a reminder. The technician was on time and very polite, and he provided patient and informative training on the system.

This went very poorly. Most work had to be repaired completed by others who knew what to do. This was a classic case of ProCom blaming their problems on other trades. When we had the multiple problems fixed and showed them it was in fact their fault, they sent a bill asking for more money instead of apologizing. Absolutely 0 customer service sense. Only concern is money. Look elsewhere for sure.

Brian came out and spent two days correcting and rewiring (neatly and correctly) all the mistakes that the company who sold us the original equipment. Each step he did he showed us and told us exactly what he was doing. He worked long days. The second day was devoted to programing and showing us how the new remote control worked. Keith the owner said that he will have the system checked at least once per year to make sure things are doing what they should be doing. This company should be rated with a double A rating. They stand by the old saying "the customer is always right". Thank you Procom for an exceptional job and for putting the customer's concerns back in the service industry. Thanks for doing it the job right.
