They gave me a nice blueprint for a bathroom remodel. They gave me a quote and I said I would do it at a lower price. They didn’t respond when I actually wanted them to do the work. I ended up going with a different contractor.

They were a very good company to work with. Everything went smoothly. The workers were very professional. They cleaned up everything. They were in and out as promised. They came out about a week after I purchased the deal. I paid an additional amount. The price was fair.

What we wanted and what we got were worlds apart. They were nice but the design was a complete misinterpretation of what we were looking for and the cost of the deal was not worth the visit.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. I bought two of them, one for the design of the kitchen and one for the design for my bathroom. We did only the kitchen. He did a very nice design, there wasn't much that could be done with the kitchen considering the space, but he did a good job. I got the impression that this is a very small company. With the big deal they were overwhelmed by the response. Everything took a long time, to schedule the appointment to have him have come, to receive the drawing afterwards. For me it wasn't an issue because I wasn't to do something immediately, I would think for somebody that was really looking to have that design right away that might have been an issue, it wasn't for me.

The person in the showroom was pleasant and helpful. The estimator came out to measure. He drew pencil lines on my existing countertops and on the wood trim on my counters. I was able to remove the lines from the countertop, but not from the trim. He received a phone call while measuring the largest surface in my kitchen. I know that the wall is uneven in this location and expected him to put extra care into the measurements. He received a phone call and talked on the phone the entire time he was measuring that counter. I was not confident that measurements would be correct. It was very unprofessional. We ended up using a different contractor who installed the exact same material for a significantly lower price and we were very pleased with the work. The contractor that we chose made actual templates of the countertops.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it went well. They made a mistake when they came to do the install. The person who put the order in put the wrong sink on the order. We contacted them and they took responsibility for the mistake and did everything they could to make it right. Initially they went ahead and put the countertop with the wrong sink in and then they paid to have a plumber sent out later to put in the right sink and countertop in. They worked around our timing so we did not have to take a lot of extra time off to deal with the problem. I am pleased that they went out of their way to make everything work right. They had some of the better pricing and they were also recommended to me by a friend. The quality of product and the installers were very good.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went well. They were fine. I would recommend them.

Exceptional quality and product; overall, their transactional experience was superb. They met every commitment in terms of timing, the plumber at the end of the day was 15 minutes late but, that was a traffic issue, I am not upset about that.

We bought their Big Deal. It was not that okay; we had some problems but it turned out okay. The material that they brought out was wrong. The countertop had the wrong edge so they could not do the one that we had originally picked and then we decided on a different edge and then they fixed it.

the installers had to improvise a little for a perfect fit with the back splashdue to a uneven wall tile and I am happy with the results and would not hesitate to to recommend Precision Stone. Later the same day the plumber came and installed the faucet and garbage disposal.

We could not get a time scheduled and they wanted things that was stated in The Deal, like an extraordinary amount of material.

Installers were prompt. The quality of the granite was good, but the caulk job was terrible. Had to go over it later.

Assistance in the shop picking out the counter tops and arranging measurement and installation was great. Followed by expert measurement and installation. No complaints.

Excellent sales team, great pricing, quick scheduling. The install team was prompt and did a very good job. I had to point out one misaligned piece that would have been left, and they were supposed to caulk the edge between backsplash and wall (it was on the work order). I asked if they caulked, and the head worker said no, but that they would before leaving. There was no caulking done, even though the guy said he did do it. I relayed this toi the office staff but no reply. It's possible they didn't see my note. I would definitely use them again though. Very good pricing and work.

Precision Stone Design had the best selection at the price that was within my budget. It seems that they have a high turnover and have new slabs coming in and on sale all the time. The home measurement and installation went smoothly. I am not sure what solution they put to seal the granite; it seems like the same solution that I use to seal my bathroom granite. I would probably seal the new granite once a year only because I really enjoy my new kitchen granite countertops and want to keep them looking great.

We were selling our home and needed to replace our cracked counters before the open house. They were able to measure, give estimate and install in one week!!! AMazing. Small showroom but had what we needed. Very personable to deal with, Came out after install to fix a small problem with no hesitation.

What a great place for granite and stone needs. Ish was great to work with, very patient, professional and knowledgible. They were very responsive to our needs and questions. Everyone in the office as well as in the field knew their product well. Great customer service! The end product exceeded out expectations. Will be using them again in the near future. Job well done.

During our last visit to their facility to finalize our choice of stone for our 3 countertops, I told Sunny that I'd like to have the material left over from where the sink cutouts were. This totaled 3 square feet of granite or $162 at $54 per square foot. Sunny said "no problem" and asked if we'd like the material to be make into cutting boards. We said yes. We were told this would be delivered with our countertops. The installers showed up with the countertops but no cutting board. They also did not have my sink with them that they had previously picked up to use as a template. They left in the middle of the installation to drive the 21 miles each way back to their shop to get my sink. This added about an additional 75 minutes to their install. The installers knew nothing about the cutting boards. I called Sunny right away. He apologized and told me he'd have two cutting boards fabricated and he'd drop them off. Several weeks went by and no cutting boards and no word from Sunny. Two phone calls and three emails over the past 4 months have now gone unanswered. The countertops are very nice and the overall workmanship was good but not receiving the $162 in materials that I paid for and owned was very disappointing.

They were wonderful and very professional. We did have one issue with one of our countertops, and they were prompt about coming back and fixing it. I have referred them to other people.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was great. First they came out to measure then we went to their store to pick out a slab of granite. We bought our own sink and they dropped it off. Then they cut the granite and came in and installed it.

Working with Precision Stone Design for my new bathroom counters was a breeze! Everything went so smoothly and efficiently, I wish I could use them for all my home improvement projects. They had a good selection of remnants from which to choose. Ish was my sales rep and made the process seem effortless. And the installation team was incredibly efficient...showed up on time, did great work and were done in no time. Precision Stone was recommended to me by a friend who had used them. I, too, would recommend them. I love my new quartz countertops!

From start to finish, a great experience. I worked with Sonny who was always responsive to my calls and questions. The gentleman who came out to measure was on time (early actually) and efficient. The installers arrived well within the established time and did a great job. Pricing was fair and competitive. One small issue, it was raining the date of installation and my carpet looked a little worse for wear as a result of the installers coming in and out of the house.

Great price and the guys were super to work with.
