We spoke with them 5/15/14 and they informed us that they would not be able to do the work because there was a minimum square footage requirement to use the Big Deals and we do not meet it.

This is the very best place for granite in the Chicagoland area. Their selections and prices are great. Sonny was the man who helped me select the granite. Never having to purchase granite before, I had no idea what I was doing. Sonny listened and explained everything I asked him about. He was extremely patient and very pleasant to work with. When the gentleman came to do the actual measurement, he too was so professional. He also made suggestions that I didn't even think about. Back at the shop, Sonny helped me plot out the slab of granite to take full advantage of the slab. Then when the two men came to install the granite they were great. There was one seam, but they did a perfect job no one even knows the seam is there. I have already recommended Precision to a number of people. They also have been impressed. When I was there I asked if they could make a spoon rest out of the granite. They had never done one, but they agreed to try. It turned out beautiful. They really are a fantastic company. In every aspect, they are concerned about being and doing the best for their customer.

It looks great. There was a problem with the sink, but they came back and fixed it, and I have had no problems.

Once we were able to get the granite, it went really well. We did have to visit the site 3 times but it was worth the effort. The granite looks amazing, the measuring was precise and the staff was knowledgeable. We would definitely use them again.

We purchased Quartz counter top and a granite composite sink. We were scheduled for measurement on Wednesday with the installation scheduled for the following Monday. We thought that was pretty quick. But when the installers arrived on Monday, they had the wrong sink. There was some confusion as to how this would be resolved. The sink we ordered was not delivered to them and their supplier didn't know when they would be able to get it to the store. I found it a little bit odd that they sent the installers out with the wrong sink without calling us to tells us the situation first. The sink they brought was black and we ordered almond. Our salesperson did finally say that they would find us an equivalent or better sink and be back to install the next week. That worked for us. They arrived the following week on time and installed the counter top with the correct sink. Overall I think their prices and selection were good and the installers did a good job.

Precision Stone is a fantastic company to work with. They are friendly, knowledgable, responsive, and punctual. In fact, my parents live approximately 100 miles away, and they intend to use this company to replace their countertops as well (even though they'll pay a hefty delivery charge).

I found them on Angie's List but I think that I must have just called them and I did not use Angie's List to contact them. They did an excellent job and they included the sink and the faucets on their price.

I went to Precision stone's office to discuss what type of vanity top I would like to have installed for my master bathroom. Amanda was very helpful in helping me pick out the style I want (I knew I wanted to go with Quartz), she priced different brands and colors and looked at the different lead times to give me the best options. The only brand I was familiar with is silestone but Amanda showed me different options and did not try to upsell me at all. After I made the decision, we made an appointment for their crew to do the measurement. Their crew came on time and answered all my questions and gave me suggestions (I had a dual under mount sink but the electrical outlet is in the way and precision stone told me they can also do an electrical cutout to accommodate that). 4 days later, the installation crew came and installed my brand new countertop top and did a great job in putting the sinks in for me as well. I am very happy with the service.

They were very punctual and reliable. There was problem but they came out and corrected it promptly.

Sunny from precision stone was excellent. He organized measurements, reviewing slab options and installation. We got the perfect counter for a fair quote that was less than the competition. Gina kept her word on the price of the counter cost despite an increase during our decision process. This company has integrity!!!!

It was a good experience and I was able to get the granite that I needed. I was a little surprised that there were different variations of granite and I'm sure if they're try to up-sell. When it was installed, there were some pieces of that weren't as polished as it should have been bu they came out and fixed that. The final result was good. The sales people were helpful when I was looking, shopping, and I actually waited another 2 months to finally get to me the products once I made the deposit. The staff is very easy to work with and able to help.

Scheduling was fine. I was not impressed with the design; the design was overpriced. I don’t think the cost was worth it for the service that they provided.

They crew arrived on time and were very professional in the way they removed and installed the new countertop and backsplash. They took their time to be sure all the pieces fit perfectly and could not have asked for a better attitude and workmenship.

We did a LOT of research and found pricese at Precision Stone to be the best. The people were very friendly and very helpful. We selected the stone from a granite distributer and priced it with Precision stone. They were fantastic to work with and we really had a good experience.... but there was a problem. When we selected the granite, we also chose a new sink to install. I purchased (online) the exact same sink they had in stock. When they began the manufacturing, they requested that we provide them the template for the sink. We did so, and double checked... 'Do you need the actual sink since the template clearly indicates that it 'could be off' '.. we were told no. The template was fine. Install day.. well.. was a disaster. The cut for the sink was way off and we could not replace the piece since the slab we chose was completely taken up by this request. I called... and called... and called.. and called the day of install and no one was returning my calls. (That's why you are getting an F on responsiveness) I was furious. Even the installer was having trouble reaching the office. Finally.. just about when the office was going to close.. I reached someone who offered me $500 off the price. I had to accept it and deal with the miss. All said and done.. I would still go back to Precision since their prices are good. You must manage them a bit tho and do give them the sink... NOT the template.

They were very responsive to questions, and the installation went smoothly. The countertop looks terrific. I'm entirely satisfied.

Large kitchen remodel - lowest price by far for the granite we wanted. Install was smooth and relatively trouble free. Late charge for extra crew added late after initial quote and they notified us day before install they didn't have sink we wanted but gave us another for free which was fair. | |Would use them again! Jaci was very easy to work with and accommodating.

Precision Stone did a great job quoting, measuring, delivering and installing a new 7' granite counterop for our mud room. The entire experience was GREAT and the countertops look PERFECT!

Overall, a positive experience and I love the new countertops. There was a slight problem which Jaci took care of right away for me. They always seem to be extremely busy however, so perhaps a better system of appointments could be worked out?

I was a wonderful experience from the start. Amanda was very helpful and patient - I could not make up my mind about color and pattern and I made several trips to the warehouse. Amanda sent me additional pictures and prices when new material arrived and helped guide me through the decision. The measurements were accurate and the installers very professional. Overall the price was comparable to other places that I checked - not the least expensive but not the most expensive either. I would highly recomment Precision Stone.

Our problem is there is a significant color difference in one large section of counter top compared to two other sections of counter tops.I am talking about the basic color and not the designs which is not possible to match. There was not adequate time or opportunity to examine the installed granite before the installers departed or we would not have accepted the installed granite.That very evening we discovered some scratches in the granite in the area where the plumber did not work and as instructed by the installer, we did not put anything anywhere on the counter tops. We have since discovered a chip in the counter top. I*n fairness to Precision Granite we have not yet notified them as to our feelings towards their work. If they correct these deficiencies, I will be pleased to modify my comments above. Since our original comments were made we have contacted Precision Stone Designs with respect to the aforementioned concerns and they promptly and sent two men to check out such concerns. They immediately fixed these items to our total satisfaction. We could not asked for better service and we would use them again if and when an occasion calls for it.
